Jaitun ke tel ke fayde (Benefits of Olive Oil)

Olive OilLite aur healthy khane ke saath hi Olive Oil (Jaitun ka tel) khane ka swaad dugna kar deta hain. Olive Oil ka istemal na Sirf khane mein, Balki aur bhi kai prakar se kiya jane laga hain. Isme kai prakar ke aise minerals maujood hain jo sharir ke liye bahut hi jaroori hain. Na sirf sehat, balki iske istemal se skin aur hair ko bhi kai saare fayde milte hain.  Aaiye jante hain Olive Oil (Jaitun ke tel ) ke fayde ke baare mein:-


1. Haddiyo ki majbooti ke liye

Olive oil mein Oleocanthal naam ka tatv paya jata hain jo dimaag ke kaam karne ki capacity ko sahi rakhta hain, Saath hi yaddasht ko bhi badhaata hain. Isse badhti umar ke saath bhoolne ki bimari Alzheimer ki sambhavna kafi kam ho jati hain. 

5. Dryness door kare 

Skin ki dryness ko bina koi cream lagaye door karna ho, to Olive oil ek behtar option hain. Raat mein sone se pahle ise chehre ke aas-paas ki skin par laga le aur subah thande paani ke saath dho le. Lagatar kuch dino tak aisa karne se Skin ki dryness door ho jati hain. Saath hi isse tavcha ki komalta ko barkarar rakha ja sakta hain. 

6. Motapa door kare 

Khane mein Olive oil ki matra ko shamil kar kuch hi dino mein motape ko control kiya ja sakta hain. Ismein calorie ki matra na ke barabar hoti hain, Jo motape ka mukhya karan hain. Sirf 1 chammach tel ka istemal hi khane mein kafi hota hain. 

  
7. Makeup remover ke liye 

Shaadi, Party ya office ke liye jab aap taiyaar hote hain , to chehre par kai tarah ke makeup products use karte hain, Jinhe baad mein hatane ke liye kafi mashkkat karni padti hain. 8. Stretch Marks hatane ke liye

Yeh chehre par budhape ke karan padne wali baarik rekhaon ko door karta hain aur usay lambe samay tak jawan banaye rakhne mein madad karta hain. Badhti umar ke saath aankhon ke aaspaas wrinkles bhi dikhne lagte hain aur chehre ki chamak gayab si hone lagti hain. In sabhi prakar ki problems se chhutkara pane ke liye Olive Oil ka istemal shuru kare aur kuch hi dino mein fark dekhe. 


10. Tanning se rahat dilaaye. 

Garmiyo ki dhoop ka sabse jyada asar hamari skin par dikhta hain. Tanning ke chalte skin 2 rango ki dikhne lagti hain. Sunscreen ka istemal isi tanning se bachne ke liye kiya jata hain. Jankar hairaani hogi ki Olive oil iske liye bhi bahut kargar hain. Dhoop mein nikalne se pahle Olive oil ki thodi si matra skin par lagakar Dhoop ke hanikarak prabhavo se bacha ja sakta hain. 

   
11. Damakti tavcha paye 

Damakti tavcha ke liye Blood circulation ka sahi hona bahut hi jaroori hain. Iske liye facial aur massage bahut hi jaroori hain. Hafte mein sirf ek baar Olive oil ka massage Blood circulation ko sahi rakhne ke saath skin ke glow aur moisturizer ko banaye rakhta hain.  Iske liye garm olive oil ki kuch boonde chehre par lagaye. 

12. Palko ko ghana aur lamba banaye

Aankhe chehre ka wah hissa hoti hain, jinka khyaal rakhna utna hi jaroori hain jitna sharir ke baaki hisse ka. Palko ko lamba aur ghana dikhana hain to un par halka sa olive oil lagana shuru kar de.
