Running (Daudne) ya Jogging karne ke fayde bahut hi jyada hain. Ek research mein yeh bataya gya tha ki jo aadmi ek hafte mein 50 Mile tak running karta hain, Unhe dusro ke mukable mein HDL adhik badhta hain, Cholesterol kam hota aur sharir mein Fat ki bhi kami hoti hain. 

Daudna (Running) exercise ka sabse asaan tarika hain, Kyonki yeh sirf aapke extra weight ko kam karne mein hi nahi madad karta hain, Balki aapko healthy aur fit banane mein bhi madad karta hain.
