1. Healthy Skin ke liye :- Tamatar aapki tavcha ko bahut accha bana deta hain. Gajar aur Shakarkand mein paya jane wala Beta-Carotene isme bhi bahut acchi matra mein paya jata hain. Jo suraj ki para baingani (Ultra violet Sun Rays) se skin ki raksha karta hain. Yeh skin ki jhurriyo aur lines ko khatm karne mein madad karta hain.

2. Majboot haddiya :- Tamatar haddiyo ko majboot banata hain. Tamatar mein Vitamin K aur Calcium paye jate hain jo ki haddiyo ko majboot banane ke saath hi inke repair karne mein bahut acche hote hain.

Agar bacche ko Sukha rog ho jaye to usay rojana 1 glass Tomato juice pilane se bimari mein aaram milta hain.
