Chyawanprash (chyavanaprasha, chyavanaprash, chyavanaprasam,chyawanaprash) ke guno ke baare mein kaun nahi janta. Is ayurvedik jadi bootiyo wale tonic mein adbhoot swasth labh chhipe huye hain. Yeh mana jata hain ki Chyanwanprash ki khoj "Chyawan" naam ke rishi dwara ki gyi thi. Unhone pahli baar, apne yauvan aur aayu ko badhane ke liye is chamatkari tonic ki khoj ki thi.



Chyanwanprash mein Anti-Aging tatv mauzood hain jo puri tarah se herbal hain. Isme Amla main ingredient hain jo behad shaktishali Anti-Oxidant mana jata hain.


Chyanwanprash kis tarah se aapko jawan rakhne mein madad karta hain ?

Gyat ho ki jhurriya, maheen rekhaye aur safed baal budhapa aane ke suchak hain. Chyawanprash mein bhari matra mein Anti-oxidants paya jata hain jisse ye aapko jawan rahne mein madad karta hain.

4. Aapke Respiratory System ko majboot karta hain.
5. Jukam aur infection se aapko bachata hain.

Chyawanprash mein upyog hone wali samgri 

Is chamatkari herbal tonic mein 49 Ayurvedik jadi bootiyo ka prayog hota hain. Amla is tonic ka main ingredient hain. 100 Gram Chyawanprash mein lagbhag 15,000 Milligram Amla ka istemal hota hain. Isme aur kai tarah ki shaktishali jadi-bootiyo ka istemal hota hain. Inki list kuch is tarah ki hain :-

Bidrikand, Safed Chandan, Vasaka, Akarkara, Shatavari, Brahmi, Bilva, Choti Harr (Haritaki), Kamal Kesar, Jatamansi, Gokhru, Bel, Kachoor, Nagarmotha, Laung, Pushkarmoola, Kakadsinghi, Dashamoola, Jiwanti, Punarnava, Anjeer, Ashwagandha, Giloya, Tulsi leaves (Basil), Meetha Neem, Saunth, Munakka, Mulethi  aur kai tarah ki jadi bootiya aadi hain. 

Chyanwanprash ko kise khana chahiye ? 

Chyawanprash ek herbal tonic hain aur iska istemal kisi bhi umar ke logo ke liye faydemand hain. Yeh aapke health ko theek rakhne ke liye bahut hi jaroori hain aur yeh aapki lambi umar ko bhi badhata hain.

Kitna sewan kare ? 

Ek ya do bade chammach Chyawanprash ko subah Doodh ke saath (Garm doodh ho to jyada accha hain) mila kar roj subah Nashte se pahle le.



Sahi Chyawanprash ki pechan kis tarah se kare ? 

Gandh :- Dalchini, Elaichi aur Lambi Kali Mirch ka khatta aur masaledar swaad.


Swaad :- Masaledar swaad, Adhik Khattapan aur kam meethas.

Chyawanprash ko test karne ke liye gharelu nuskha yeh hain ki Ek chammach Chyawanprash ko Paani mein dale. Paani mein dalne par agar Chyawanprash doob jata hain to aapka chyawanprash theek hain. Agar iske kan paani mein taire to samajh lijiye aapka chyanwanprash theek nahi hain.

Chyawanprash Mulayam hona chahiye, Yeh na to bahut thos (tight) aur na hi paniyal (Paani ki tarah) hona  chahiye.


Kya Chyawanprash khane se wajan badh sakta hain ? 

Sirf ek ya do bade chammach Chyawanprash ke sewan rojan karne se aapke wajan mein badhotari nahi hoti hain. Chyawanprash mein Ghee ka upyog hota hain par din bhar mein ek ya do chammach Chyawanprash mein Ghee ki matra bahut kam hoti hain.

Iske sewan se agar pet mein jalan ho to kya kare ? 

Chyawanprash ke sewan ke baad agar turant Doodh piya jaye to yeh samsya nahi hoti hain.

Ise Garam doodh ke saath le Ya thande doodh ke saath ? 

Halka garam doodh thande doodh se jyada faydemand hota hain. Yeh pachan kriya mein sahayak hain par koi compulsory nahi hain ki aap hamesha garam doodh ke saath hi ise khaye. Lekin Garam doodh ke saath ise khane se aapko jyada fayda hoga. Aap ise thande doodh ke saath bhi le sakte hain, lekin jyada fayde ke liye Halka Garam doodh ke saath ise lene ki salah di jati hain.

Kya ise Ghee ke saath lena chahiye ? 

Chyawanprash mein Ghee pahle se hi hota hain, Isliye salah di jati hain ki aap ise Ghee ke saath na khaye. Chyawanprash ko sewan doodh ke saath karna jyada faydemand hain.

Kya bachche Chyanwanprash ka sewan kar sakte hain ? 

5 Saal ya usse jyada umar ke bacche ko chyawanprash khilaya ja sakta hain. Phir bhi badhiya tarika hain ki baccho ko ek chauthaai Ya aadhaa chammach Chyawanprash  hi doodh ke saath diya jaye.


Chyawanprash ke Side-Effects (Nuksaan) 

1. Kuch logo ko Chyawanprash ke sewan se pet mein jalan hone ki takhleef hoti hain. Aise mein yeh salah di jati hain ki iska sewan karne ke baad halka garam doodh piya jaye to aisi samsya nahi hoti hain.

2. Kuch logo ko Amla ki wajah se dast ki shikayat ho sakti hain.

3. Kyonki Chyawanprash mein Chini (Sugar) hota hain to Madhumeh (Diabetes) ke rogiyo ko Doctor ki salah ke anusaar hi iska sewan karna chahiye.

4. Chyawanprash yu to ek surakshit dawa hain par har kisi ka sharir alag hota hain aur koi aisi dawa lene se pahle doctor se pramarsh jaroor karna chahiye.
