Fruits hi nahi Inke beej bhi hain faydemand.
Aksar hum healthy rahne ke liye phalo aur sabziyo ke faydo ke baare mein baat karte hain. Lekin unme paye jane wale Beej (Seeds) bhi hamare liye upyogi ho sakte hain. Jante hain phalo ke beejo se hone wale fayde (Benefits of fruits's seeds) : -
1. Aam (Mango) ke beej
Iski Guthali ke ander paye jane wale beej se pet sabandhi bimariya door hoti hain. Iske alawa yeh dast, bawasir aur masik dharm ke dauran adhik khoon ko girane se rokta hain.
Prayog :- Beejo ko sukha kar iska powder bana le. Ise 1 se dedh chammach subah-shaam paani ke saath le. Lekin jine kabz ki shikayat ho, ve parhez kare.
2. Imli
Iske beej shaktivardhak hote hain jo swetpradar (White Discharge) aur mahavaari mein adhik khoon bahne ki samsya mein imli ke beej labhkari hain.
Prayog ;- Beej ko peeskar uska powder bana le. 3 se 5 gram churan paani ke saath subah-shaam le. Kabz hone par iska istemal na kare.
3. Kathal (Jackfruit)
Iske beej paushtik aur wajan badhane mein sahayak hote hain.
Pryog :- 5-6 beejo ko raat mein paani mein bhigo kar subah khali pet chaba kar khaye. Ise aap doodh ke saath bhi le sakte hain. Jinhe bookh kam lagti hain ya apach ki shikayat hain vah inka pryog na kare kyonki yeh bhari hote hain.
4. Tarbooz
Iske beej thande aur paushtik hote hain. Kamjor log aur garbhvati mahilaye jinka wajan kam ho unke liye yeh labhkari hote hain.
Prayog :- In beejo ko chhil kar 2-2 chammach paani ya doodh ke saath le. Inhe bina paani ya doodh ke bhi khaya ja sakta hain. Kabz hone par iska sewan na kare.
5. Kharbooja
Jin logo ko peshab kam aane ya jalan ki shikayat hain, unke liye kharbooja ke beej kafi faydemand hote hain. Yeh beej kidney ke rogiyo ko labh pahuchate hain.
Prayog :- Inhe chhil kar 2 chammach paani ya doodh ke saath aise bhi kha sakte hain. Iska istemal meethai (Sweets) ya Namkeen (Snacks) mein meve ke roop mein hota hain. Jinhe baar-baar peshab aane ki samsya ho ve iska sewan na kare.
