Bread khane ke nuksaan (Disadvantages of Bread)

Jaha dekho ghar mein breakfast ke roop mein ya phir pizza ke base ya phir burger mein hi bread hi khai jati hain aur log to ise bade hi chaav ke saath khate hain. Agar subah  breakfast karne ka time nahi hain to freeze mein se bread nikali uspar butter ya jam lagaya aur kha gye. Bread chahe jis roop mein khayi jaye vah kanhi na kanhi aapke dil aur dimaag ko nuksaan pahuchati hain.

Chahe bread kisi bhi rang, roop ya size mein ho, yeh aapke swasth ke liye hanikarak hain. Na hi isme koi protein aur Vitamin hota hain aur na hi Fiber. White Bread, Brown Bread se jyada ghatak hoti hain. White bread mein kafi matra mein Carbohydrate, Sodium aur Gluten mila hota hain, Jo kai bimariya paida karta hain. Agar aapko jyada bhookh lage ya phir bread khane ka jyada mann kare to koshish kare ki aap Brown Bread ko hi khaye, varna aapko kisi bhi tarah ki koi bread nahi khani chahiye.  Aaiye jante hain Bread khane ke nuksaan ke baare mein jane :- 

Nahi hota hain koi poshan 

Chahe bread kisi bhi rang, roop ya akaar mein ho, yeh aapke health ke liye nuksaandayak hain. Na hi isme koi protein hota hain aur na hi isme Fiber ya vitamin paye jate hain. Ha Safed bread ki jagah aap Brown Bread kha sakte hain.


High Sodium tatv ki matra adhik 

Bread mein high level ka sodium hota hain jo Blood pressure aur heart attack ki bimari ko badhata hain. Agar aap single hain aur bread kha kar jinda hain to aapko nahi pata hoga ki aapke body mein kitna salt jama ho chuka hain.



Motapa badhaye 

Bhale hi bread se thodi hi calorie milti ho, lekin ise subah lene se sharir mein bahut jyada calorie badh jati hain. Ise Cake ya burger ke roop mein lene se isme mauzood extra salt aur sugar weight badhane mein madad karte hain.

Nahi mitati bhookh

Kai logo ko jab bhookh lagti hain to vah Brown bread ki jagah White bread khana pasand karte hain kyonki vah jyada meethi hoti hain. Lekin yeh bread pet bharne mein bilkul bhi kargar nahi hain. Isme Carb content jyada hota hain aur yeh pet bhi nahi bharta hain.

Gluten ka mamla 

Bread mein bahut jyada Gluten  yani ki lislisa padarth hota hain jo ki Siliek rog ko invite karta hain. Bread khane se kai logo ke pet kharab ho jate hain yeh gluten ke karan hota hain. Har kisi ko aisi problem nahi hoti hain lekin iska ek side-effect yeh bhi hain.

Carbohydrate ki jyada matra 

Bread ke kai items mein Carbohydrate mila hota hain. Sharir ke liye thoda Carbohydrate faydemand hota hain lekin iski jyada matra nuksaandayak hoti hain. Jyada Refined Carbohydrate khane se Blood sugar high aur low hone lagta hain jisse madhumeh, heart attack aur brain damage tak ho sakta hain.

Pimple ki problem

White bread mein saturated aur trans fat hota hain. Jo ki sharir mein Sebum ka adhik matra mein production karta hain , Jisse Acne hone ki sambhavna rahti hain.

Daant sadaye (Cavity Problem in teeth) 

Isme high level ki matra mein Starch hota hain jo daanto mein sadan paida karta hain.
