3. Jwaar ke kacche daane pees kar usme thoda katha aur chuna mila kar lagane se chehre ke muhase door ho jate hain. 

4. Yadi Garmi ki wajah se sharir mein jalan ho to , Jvaar ka aata paani mein ghol le, aur nahane se pahle uska sharir par lep kare. 

5. Yeh pet ki jalan ko mitata hain. Bhuni jwaar batasho ke saath khane se pet ki jalan aur jyada pyaas lagna band ho jate hain.
