Gud khane ke faydeGud khane ke bahut hi fayde hain. Kya aap Gud (Jaggery) khana pasand karte hain? Agar aapka jwaab nahi hain to yeh post jaroor padhe, Kyonki aapko Gud ke gun ke baare mein jab pata chalega to aap kahenge bhai Gud ke kya kahne hain. Natural Sweet ke taur par khaya jane wala Gud, tasty hone ke saath-saath sehat ka khazana bhi hain. ► Jodo ke dard ki problem mein Gud ko Adrak ke saath khane se bahut hi fayda milta hain. Rojana Gud ke ek tukade ke saath Adrak khane se jodo ke dard mein aaram milta hain.
