Bazaar ke mukable ghar ka bana soup hota hain jyada faydemand.

Bazaar mein bikne wale ready-made instant soup log bahut pasand karte hain, Lekin ghar par banane wale soup ki baat hi kuch aur hain. Aaiye jante hain ghar par bane alag-alag soup aur uske fayde ke baare mein :- 

Mix Vegetable Soup : - Palak, Pudina, Chukandar, Lauki, Tamatar, Amla aur Adrak se bane Mix Vegetable soup mein Iron, Phosphorus ke alawa Vitamin B, C aur D paya jata hain. Yeh Piliya, Liver, Kabz, Bhookh badhane aur aankhon ke liye faydemand hota hain. Skin se related bimariyo aur sharir mein sujan ko hone par ise naa piye. Agar high blood pressure ki problem hain toh ise banate waqt namak ka istemal na kare.

Tamatar Soup :- Protein, Phosphorus, Sulfur aur Vitamin A, B, C se bharpoor is soup mein doodh aur ande se jyada matra mein iron paya jata hain. Yeh Diabetes, Aankho ki kamjori, Kabz aur Anemia jaise rogo mein faydemand hain. Bukhaar, Dast aur Allergy hone par ise lene se parhez kare.

Pind - Amla Soup :- Pind Khajoor aur Amla se bane is soup mein bharpoor matra mein Iron, Minerals aur Vitamin C aur D paye jate hain. Yeh sharirik kamjori, Dil aur Aankho ki kamjori ko door karne mein madadgar hota hain. Dast ya Badhajami hone par ise na le.

Lauki Soup :- Isme Carbohydrate, Iron, Vitamin B aur Minerals paye jate hain. Halka hone ki wajah se yeh Pet mein bharipan, Bhookh na lagna ya liver se related problems mein labhkari hota hain. Iske alawa yeh pittnashak aur khoon badhane wala hota hain. Ise kisi bhi vyakti ko diya ja sakta hain.

Soup peene ka sahi tarika :- Soup ko hamesha bhojan ke pahle lena chahiye. Lekin agar aap subah ke samay ise le rahe toh breakfast ke baad ise piye. Khali pet Soup sehat ke liye nuksaandeh ho sakta hain. Ise lene ke pahle ya baad mein 1 ghante tak doodh ya chai na piye. Isse pet mein acidity ya dusri tarah ki dikkat hone ki ashanka rahti hain.

Dhayaan rakhe :- Jaha tak ho sake toh soup ko hamesha taza bana kar piye. Ek din se jyada rakha hua baasi soup na piye, Kyonki isme bacteria paida hone ka khatra rahta hain. Hamesha garm soup piye aur ise banate samay makkhan, Ghee ya tel kisi bhi oily product ka istemal na kare, nahi toh Fat ki jyada matra motapa badha sakti hain.
