Sugar, Chini, Shakkar ke fayde
Chini (Shakkar/Sugar) khane ke fayde bhi hote hain, Yakin nahi aata na. Health se judi koi baat ho toh Chini (Sugar, Shakkar) ko hamesha villain ki tarah treat kiya jata hain. Halaki ki yeh kai mamlo mein faydemand bhi hoti hain. Chini khane se wajan badhta hain, Lekin healthy rahne ke liye Chini (Sugar) bhi jaroori hain. 1. Dimaag ke liye :- Hamara dimaag bina sugar ke kaam nahi kar sakta hain. Jab dimaag ko sugar supply band ho jati hain toh Black out ki situation paida ho jati hain. Aise mein yeh baat kahna galat nahi hoga ki dimaag ko active rakhne ke liye chini bahut jaroori hain.

7. Sugar therapy : -Shayad aapko pata na ho lekin choti-moti chot par chini lagaana faydemand hota hain. Iske alawa sugar skin ke liye ek accha scrub bhi hain. Yeh skin se dead cells ko hatakar chamak deta hain.

8. Dehydration :- Agar garmi ke dino mein aapko dehydration ki samsya aa jaye aur aap chakkar kha kar gir jaye toh turant paani mein chini aur nimbu nichod kar pee lijiye. Isse sharir mein paani aur minerals ki kami puri ho jayegi.
