Acchi sehat ke liye pijiye hari sabziyo ka juice.

Agar aapko healthy rahna hain toh hafte mein 2 se 3 baar vegetable juice jaroor piye. Har sabzi ka apna alag hi swaad aur gun hota hain. Agar phal aur sabzi ke juice ki baat ki jaye toh yeh dono juice alag hote hain. Jaha phalo ka juice juicer ke jariye nikala jata hain vahi sabziyo ka juice mixer mein pees kar nikala jata hain. Isse sabziyo mein khoob saara Fiber aa jata hain, Jo pet aur body ke liye accha hota hain.

Aisi kai tarah ki sabziya hain jinka juice aap pee sakte hain. Sabziya jaise palak, Broccoli, Dhaniya, kheera aur karela aadi. Toh aayiye dosto jante hain ki sabziyo ke kaun-kaun se juice hame peene chahiye, Jisse hamari health bani rahe aur skin mein nikhaar aaye.

• Lauki Juice :- Iska juice motape, High Blood pressure, heart aur cholesterol ko kam karne mein important role ada karta hain. Ise limit mein piye aur agar yeh kadwa ho toh ise na piye.

• Kheere ka juice :- Agar aap motapa kam karna chahte hain aur skin ko glowing banana chahte hain toh Kheere ka juice rojana pijiye. Yeh asaani se pach jata hain aur sharir ko ander se saaf bhi karta hain.

• Kiwi Juice :- Kiwi juice mein Vitamin C bharpoor matra mein paya jata hain.

• Avocado Juice :- Isme health aur skin ko sudhaarne wale tatv hote hain. Aap iska ras rojana pee sakte hain, Isse aapki skin chamak uthegi.

• Palak Juice :- Jo log dieting kar rahe hain, unke liye yeh juice bahut hi upyogi ho sakta hain. Yeh Vitamin aur Protein se bhara rahta hain, Isliye ise peene se health, Baal, Skin aur aankhe swasthya rahti hain.

• Aam ras :- Garmiyo ke dino mein Aam ka khatta ras sharir ko puri tarah se tar karta hain aur sharir ko suraj ki dhoop se ladne mein help karta hain.

• Broccoli Juice ;- Is hari sabzi mein Iron, Protein, Calcium, Carbohydrate, Chromium, Vitamin A aur C paya jata hain. Iska juice peene se chamakdaar skin milti hain aur yeh cancer se ladne mein bhi helpful hota hain.

• Gobhi ki pattiyo ka juice :- Is juice mein Vitamin A, C, E, K, Calcium, Iron aur Omega-3 Fatty acid hota hain. Iska juice sharir aur tavcha ke liye bahut hi accha hota hain.

• Karela Juice ;- Karela Juice diabetes ko theek karta hain aur saath hi sharir mein jami charbi ko bahar nikaal deta hain. Agar aapko yeh juice kadwa lag raha hain toh aap isme Nimbu ka ras mila sakte hain.

• Hari Dhaniya ka juice :- Yeh sharir ka metabolism badhaati hain aur sharir se gandagi ko bahar nikaalti hain. Saath hi yeh khoon ki kami ko bhi pura karti hain.
