Pregnancy mein kaun se phal kha sakte hain?
Jab aap pregnant hoti hain, tab aap koi bhi cheez ya phal khane ke bare mein baar-baar sochti hain. Aisa sochna bhi bahut jaroori hain aakhir yeh aapke aur aapke hone wale bacche ki acchi sehat ke liye bahut jaroori hota hain. Pregnancy mein Palak, Dahi, Broccoli, Lal shimla mirch, Soya products, beans, egg, oatmeal, gajar aadi jaroor khane chahiye.

2. Kela :- Pregnancy mein Kabz ki problem aam ho jati hain. Kela khane se pet saaf hota hain aur jyada preshani bhi nahi hoti hain.


3. Seb :- Isme Vitamin aur paushtik tatv bharpoor matra mein paye jate hain, Jo ki sharir ke liye jaroori hain.


4. Nimbu :- Isse pachan theek karne ke liye aur ulti se nijat dilane ke liye istemal kiya jata hain. Nimbu sharir ki gandagi ko saaf karta hain.


5. Avocado :- Is phal mein folic acid hota hain. Pregnancy ke dauran pregnant woman ko khoob saare folic acid ki jaroorat hoti hain, toh ise khana bilkul na bhoole.


6. Amrood :- Amrood mein Vitamin C aur Anti-Oxidants hote hain. Jo maa ke saath uske hone wale bacche ke vikas ke liye bahut helpful hota hain.


7. Mosambi :- Yeh ek aisa phal hain jo matli aane se rokta hain. Is Citrus fruit mein khoob saara An ti-Oxidants hota hain jo paida hone wale bacche ke liye accha hain.


8. Lychee :- Yeh ek safe phal hain, jise aap araam se pregnancy mein kha sakti hain.


9. Aam :- Yeh pachan ke liye accha hain aur isme Vitamin A aur C hota hain, jo ki pregnant mahilaon ke liye accha mana gya hain.


10. Santra :- Santra khatta aur meetha hota hain jo ki pregnant woman ko sabse jyada pasand aata hain. Iske alawa isme vitamins aur minerals bhi paye jate hain.
