Garmi ke mausam mein Kakdi khana sabhi ko accha lagta hain. Yeh kai tarah ke minerals aur paani se bharpoor hoti hain. Isme Calcium, Phosphorus, Sodium aur Magnesium paya jata hain. Kakdi kha kar aap dehydration se bach sakte hain. Kakdi ko salad ke roop mein khaya jata hain jo pet ke liye bahut hi faydemand hoti hain.

Kakdi khane se aapko kya-kya fayde hote hain, aaiye jante hain.

• Baalo ke liye faydemand :- Kakdi khane se baalo ko lamba banaya ja sakta hain. Kyonki isme Silicon aur Sulfur ki matra jyada hoti hain. Iske sewan se bokhlahat, chidchidapan aur gussa jaise mentally problem door hote hain. Dimaag ki garmi mitaane ke liye aur dimaag ko cool rakhne ke liye Kakdi ke beej ko thandaai ke roop mein istemal kare. .
