Periods kisi bhi woman ka adult hone par hone wala ek natural process hain, Lekin ek umar ke baad Jab Periods aana band ho jate hain, Usay hi Menopause kaha jata hain. • Walk kare ya kaam kare :- Menopause ke dauran ek dum se baith nahi jana chahiye. Aapko apna dainik kaam karna chahiye. Matlab ki aapko khali nahi baithna chahiye, balki ghar ke kaam acchi tarah se karna chahiye. Daily morning aur evening time nikaal kar kam se kam 10 minutes tak walk jaroor karna chahiye.
• Khoob paani pijiye :- Bharpoor matra mein paani pijiye, Isse pet mein hone wali problems door hongi. Sharab ko mat piye, Smoking se bhi door rahe. Aap chahe toh din mein 1-2 baar coffee ya chai pee sakti hain, Lekin isse jyada na piye.
