Kharab lifestyle ki wajah se in dino Pet ka motapa kafi jyada badh raha hain. Fat Tummy ki problem aaj common ho gyi hain. Pet par Fat ke jama hone se pet ka motapa jyada badh gya hain. Lekin diet mein kuch changes karke aap fat tummy se chhutkara pa sakte hain.
Badhe huye Pet (Fat tummy) ko kam karne ke tarike :-
1. Alsi (Flex Seeds)
Alsi mein good quantity mein Omega-3 Fatty Acid aur Iron hota hain. Daily 1 Spoon Alsi khane se pet kam hone lagta hain.
2. Saunf wala paani
Regular Ek cup paani mein ek chammach Saunf ubaal kar pijiye. Isse digestion sudharta hain aur pet ka fat kam hone lagta hain.
3. Badam
Rojana 4 se 5 Badam khaye. Isme Vitamin E, Polyunsaturated aur Monounsaturated Fat bhookh ko control karte hain. Isse pet ka motapa kam karne mein help milti hain.
4. Kalonji
Ek glass paani mein kalonji tel ki kuch boonde aur shahad mila kar pijiye. Aisa aap din mein 2 baar kare. Isse pet ka fat kam hone lagta hain.
5. Dahi
Rojana 1 kaotori Dahi khani chahiye. Isme Calcium hota hain jo tummy fat ko badhaane wale cortisol hormone level ko control kar pet ko ghataane ka kaam karta hain.
6. Chana aur Jau
Genhu ki roti ko khana kam kar de. Iski jagah par aap Chana aur Jau ke aate se bani roti ko khaye. Isme Calorie aur Carbohydrates bahut hi low quantity mein hote hain.
7. Nariyal Paani
Nariyal paani mein Electrolytes paye jate hain. Yeh motapa aur pet ke fat ko kam karta hain.
8. Gunguna paani
Din bhar mein kam se kam 3 ya 4 baar ek glass gunguna paani jaroor piye. Isse pet ka fat tezi ke sath burn hone lagta hain.
9. Honey
Regular ek glass hot water mein 1 chammach Shahad mila kar piye. Isse fat tezi ke sath kam hone lagta hain.
10. Green tea
Green tea mein Thiamine naam ka amino acid hota hain. Yeh bhookh ko control karta hain. Jisse Stomach Fat kam hone lagta hain.
Daily routine mein yeh aadatein ajmaye :-
• Khana khate samay paani na piye
Khana khate waqt paani nahi peena chahiye. Isse khana sahi tarah se digest nahi ho pata hain aur pet ka fat badhne lagta hain. Khane ke 10 ya 15 minutes baad hi paani peena chahiye.
• Morning Walk jaroor kare
Regular 2 se 3 Kilometer Morning walk par jaye. Isse kafi matra mein calorie burn hoti hain aur fat kam karne mein madad milti hain.
• Tummy Exercise
Peeth ke bal let jaye aur dono pairo ko upar uthaye. Phir dono pair ek saath ghunto se mode. 5 seconds tak haatho se pairon ko jakad kar rakhe. Pairon ko waapis seedha kare. 8 se 10 baar ise dohraye.
• Breakfast
Subah ke nashte mein Protein wali diet de. Isme Anda, doodh aur Kela jaisi healthy cheeze khaye. Isse din mein baar-baar bhookh lagne ki problem kam hoti hain.
• Ek saath khana na khaye
Khane ko ek saath na kha kar 2 se 3 ghante ke gap mein khaye. Isse tummy ka fat kam hone lagta hain.
