Shalgam Khane ke fayde (Benefits of Turnip)

Turnip/ShalgamShalgam jise Shaljam bhi kaha jata hain, Iske kai chamatkari gun paye jate hain. Isse hamare sharir ko kai tarah se fayda milta hain. Yeh heart attack se lekar dil ki bimari aur Cancer ko bhi rokta hain. Itna hi nahi Shaljam (Shalgam) hamare immune system, Aankhon ki roshini, Haddi aur tavcha ke liye bhi faydemand hain.



Yeh blood mein cholesterol ke level ko kam karta hain, Osteoporosis, Gathiya rog aur Motiyabind se bachata hain aur blood pressure ko control karta hain. Shalgam se hone wale health benefits ko paane ke liye aap ise apne bhojan mein jaroor shamil kare. Aap iska istemal Soup, Salad aur Rayta ke roop mein bhi kar sakte hain, Chahe to aap is Shalgam ki tasty sabzi bana kar bhi kha sakte hain. 


Chunki iska swaad thoda kadwa hota hain, Isliye Rayta sabse accha option rahega. Agar aap fitness hasil karna chahte hain aur apna wajan tezi se kam karna chahte hain, To shaljam bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Isme Calorie bahut kam matra mein payi jati hain aur yeh aapko tarotaza rakhne ke saath Metabolism ko bhi sahi rakhta hain. Shalgam ko niyamit sewan aankhon ki roshini ke liye bahut hi faydemand hain aur isme kai saare jaroori mineral aur Vitamins paye jate hain.

1. Dil ke liye accha hain :- Dil ki sehat ke liye Shaljam kafi faydemand hota hain. Isme badi matra mein Anti-inflammatory ka gun paye jate hain, Jisse dil ki kai bimariya door rahti hain. Saath hi yeh Folate aur Vitamin B ka bhi bahut accha source hain, Jo cardiovascular system ko behtar banate hain. 


2. Cancer se rokta hain :- Shalgam mein Anti-oxidants aur Phytonutrients bharpoor matra mein hote hain, Jo cancer ke khatre ko kam karne ke liye jane jate hain. Isme paye jane wale Plant Compounds aur Glucosinolate , Tumor ke growth ko rokta hain. Shalgam ko apne aahaar mein shamil karne se breast cancer, Colon Cancer aur rectal Tumor ka khatra kam ho jata hain. 


3. Haddiyo ko majbooti deta hain :- Agar aap Osteoporosis aur gathiya rog se door  rahna chahte hain to apne khane mein Shalgam ko jaroor shamil kijiye. Isme Calcium, Potassium aur jaroori Minerals badi matra mein paye jate hain, Jo haddiyo ke growth ke liye bahut hi jaroori hain.

5. Wajan kam karne mein madadgar :- Agar aap wajan kam karna chahte hain to aapke liye shalgam kafi faydemand sabit hoga. Isme calorie bahut kam payi jati hain, Jisse yeh aapke wajan ko kam karne mein sahayak hota hain. Isme Fiber bhi acchi matra mein paya jata hain jo Metabolism ko regulate karta hain. 


6. Asthma ka achook ilaj :- Agar aap Asthma se grast hain to shalgam ko apne khane mein shamil kare. Isme Anti-Inflammatory gun aur Anti-oxidants badi matra mein paye jate hain, Jo Asthma se nijat dilane mein madadgar sabit hote hain. Agar niyamit roop se shalgam ka sewan kiya jaye to yeh Asthma se nijat dilane mein kafi asardar sabit hota hain. 

7. Pachan mein madadgar :- Chunki Shalgam mein bharpoor matra mein Fiber paya jata hain, Isliye yeh pachan ko behtar banata hain aur intestine aur Colon ko safe rakhta hain. To agar aapka pachan tantra gadbada gya hain to dawa ke roop mein aap shalgam ko khaye. 


8. Immune system ko majboot banaye :- Immune system ko majboot banane ke liye Shalgam ka jawab nahi hain. Isme beta-Carotene paya jata hain jo healthy Membrane banane mein madad karta hain. Saath hi shaljam mein paya jane wala Potassium muscles aur nerve ko theek se kaam karne mein shayak hota hain. 

9. Skin ke liye faydemand :- Shalgam na sirf bimari se bachata hain, Balki yeh hamari tavcha ke liye bhi faydemand hota hain. Agar aap har roj shalgam ka juice piyenge to aapki skin mein dryness nahi aayega. Aap acche swaad ke liye isme Gajar ka juice bhi mix kar sakte hain. 


10. Blood pressure ke mareez ke liye faydemand :- Agar aap apne blood pressure ko normal rakhna chahte hain to Shalgam aapke liye bahut hi labhkari hain. Isme Magnesium aur Vitamin B paya jata hain, Jo blood pressure ko normal banate hain. Saath hi isme paya jane wala Magnesium haddi aur dil ke liye bhi kafi labhdayak hain.
