Sitaphal khane ke fayde (Benefits of Custard Apple)
Sitaphal jise aam bol chal ki bhasha mein Sarifa, Sharifa, Custard Apple, Sugar Apple bhi kahte hain, ise khane ke bade hi fayde hain. Sita Phal ek bada hi tasty fruit hain, Lekin log iske baare mein badi kam jankari rakhte hain. Sita phal (Sharifa) aam taur par August se November ke beech ke period mein aane wala phal hain. Agar Ayurveda ki mane to Sarifa sharir ko thandak pahuchata hain. Yeh Pitshamak, ulti band karne wala, paushtik, Cough aur Virya-vardhak, Maas aur rakt-vardhak, Balvardhak, Dil ke liye bahut hi labhkari hota hain.
Log Sita phal ko Bhagwan Ram aur Mata Sita se jodte hain, Aisi manyta hain ki Mata Sita ne jo phal Bhagwan Ram ko bhent kiya tha, Uska naam Sitaphal pad gya. Agar aap din mein kewal ek Sitaphal ka sewan karte hain to aapko kai saari bimariyo se nijat mil jati hain. Aaiye jante hain ki Sitaphal (Sarifa, Custard Apple) khane se aapko kaun si bimariyo se aap nijat pa sakte hain.
Phal hi nahi dawaai bhi hain Sitaphal (Sarifa)
Ganth ka ilaj :- Pakke huye Sitaphal ka guda kootkar potli bandhne par gaanth phoot jate hain.
Ganjapan door kare :- Iske beej ko Bakri ke doodh ke saath pees kar seer par lep karne se, Seer ke ude huye baal jaldi hi ug jate hain aur dimaag ko bhi thandhak milti hain.
Joo ka upchar :- Sitaphal ke beejo ka bareek churan bana kar paani se lep taiyaar kare. Raat ko is lep ko baalo mein laga le aur subah hote ise dho le. Do teen din aisa karne se seer ki sabhi juye (Jooyein) mar jati hain. Is baat ka aap hamesha dhyaan rakhe ki Iska Lep aapki aankhon mein nahi padna chahiye, Kyonki Sarifa ke beej se nikalne wala tel Zehareela hota hain, isliye ise baalo mein iska lep lagate waqt aankho ko isse bacha kar rakhna chahiye.
Majboot dil ke liye :- Jinka Dil kamjor ho, Heart beat jyada ho, High Blood pressure ho, ghabrahat hoti ho, Aise mareezo ke liye Sitaphal ka sewan labhkari hota hain.
Body ke temperature ko kam kare :- Ve log jinka sharir har waqt jalta rahta hain aur garm rahta hain. Unhe niyamit roop se Sarifa khana chahiye.
