Vaise to Omega-3 Fatty Acids body ki kai activities ke liye bahut hi jaroori hota hain. Lekin mahilaon ki life mein aane wali kai stage mein inka role bahut hi important hain. Hamari sehat ko balance rakhne mein Omega-3 Fatty Acids ka bahut hi ahem role hain. Darasal, Omega-3 Fatty Acids Essential Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids kahlate hain, Kyonki inka production body ke jariye nahi kiya jata. Hame inhe supplements ya bhojan ke jariye hi lena padta hain. Essential Fatty Acids heart, muscles, Brain aur immune system ko sahi process mein kaam karne mein madad karte hain. 

Yeh 3 tarah ke hote hain- DHA, EPA aur ALA. Inme se ALA sabse jaroori Omega-3 Fatty Acid hain, Jo EPA aur phir DHA mein change ho jata hain. ALA vegetarian based Omega-3 fatty acids hain, jo vegetarians ke liye jaroori hain. Dusre, DHA aur EPA sabse jyada Fish mein paye jate hain, Jabki Fish mein ALA nahi hota hain. 

Omega-3 Fatty Acid ke fayde :- 

1) Baalo ko de strength :- Agar aap sochte hain ki baalo ko healthy rakhne ke liye shampoo aur conditioner hi kafi hain, to aap galat hain. Darasal baalo ko strong banane ke liye bhi Omega-3 Fatty acid bahut hi jaroori hota hain. Omega-3 mein alpha-Linolenic acid (ALA), Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) aur Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) paya jata hain. Yeh 3 magic acids baalo ki dryness ko khatm karne, girne se rokne, Shining dene aur blood circulation ko theek rakhne ka kaam karte hain. 

2) Pregnancy time :- Baccha na ho pane ya pahle hone, jaisi dikkato se Omega-3 Fatty Acids diet behad kaam aati hain. Yahi nahi isse conceive possibility bhi behad badh jati hain. Pregnancy ke dauran Maa ki diet mein li gyi cheeze bacche ki body, brain development aur is dauran aane wali problems se bachata hain. 4) Doodh badhane mein :- Bacche ke janm ke baad doodh ki quantity badhane ke liye Omega-3 Fatty acids wali diet khoob kaam aati hain. Researches se yeh pata chala hain ki pregnant mahilaon ko EPA aur DHA ko apni diet mein shamil karne se bacche ke visual & cognitive vikas par positive effect padta hain. Omega-3 Fatty acid ki sahi quantity bacche mein allergy ke risk ko kam kar sakti hain. Iske liye jaroori hain Fish, Akhrot, Palak, mackerel fish (Choti samundari machali), Lauki ke beej aur Soyabean ko apni diet mein shamil kare. 

5) Cancer se bachaye :- Omega-3 Fatty acids ki sahi khuraak tumor hone ke process ko bhi slow kar deta hain. Khastaur par Breast aur Intestine ke cancer mein. ALA based Omega-3 mein natural Anti-Inflammatory agent hain, jo cancer hone ke process ko 53% kam kar deta hain. 


6) Heart problem :- ALA based omega-3 fatty acids heart ko healthy rakhne, heart rate ko kam karne aur heart attack padne ke khatre ko kafi kam kar deti hain.
