Burf sabhi ko accha lagta hain aur garmi se rahat paane ke liye hum barf ka istemal karte hain. Burf ka naam sunte hi aapke mann mein Ice cubes se bhari koi drink ya thanda paani hi yaad aata hain. Burf ke chote-chote tukade ek aam si dikhne wali drink ko kafi refreshing bana dete hain. Garmiyo ke dino mein ek glass burf wala thanda paani aapko taro-taaza kar deta hain. In sabke alawa yeh ice cube aur  bhi kai kamaal kar sakti hain. Kya aapko maloom hain ki burf ke aur bhi fayde hote hain. Body ki immunity badhaye  :- Thande paani mein baithne bhar se body mein white blood cells ki quantity increase hoti hain. Yeh cells aise hain jo infection ko door rakhne mein madad karti hain. Iske alawa burf ke paani mein nahane walo ko garm paani mein nahane wale logo ke mukable Jukaam ki shikayat kam hoti hain. 

Gathiya rog mein :- Gathiya ke dard ko door karne ke liye dard  wale hisse par burf ka tukada 2 minutes tak rakhe, Phir hata de. 2 minute baad  phir usi jagah par burf ka tukada rakhe. Aisa aap 8-10 baar kare. Isse dard se rahat milti hain.

Baalo ki chamak badhaye :- Thande paani se baalo ko dhona asaan kaam nahi hota hain, Lekin thande paani se baalo ko dhone se yeh aur bhi chamakdaar ban jate hain. Burf ke thande paani se baalo ko dhone se yeh cuticle flat ho jate hain, Jisse baal bahut zyada shining ho jate hain.
