Garmi mein Loo se bachne ke liye asaan gharelu upay.

  • Dhoop mein nikalte waqt  Chhate (Umbrella) ka istemal karna chahiye. Seer Dhak kar dhoop mein nikalne se bhi loo se bacha ja sakta hain. 

  • Ghar se Paani ya koi thanda sharbat pee kar bahar nikle. Jaise Aam Panna, Shikanjvi, Khas ka sharbat jyada faydemand hota hain.

  • Tez dhoop se aate hi aur jyada paseena aane par fauran thanda paani nahi peena chahiye.

  •   Garmi ke dino mein baar baar paani peete rahna chahiye taki sharir mein paani ki kami na ho. 

  • Paani mein Nimbu aur Namak mila kar din mein 2-3 baar peete rahne se Loo lagne ka khatra kam rahta hain. 

  •  Dhoop mein jate waqt khali pet nahi jana chahiye. 




  • Sabziyo ke soup ke sewan karne se bhi Loo se bacha ja sakta hain.

  •  Garmi ke dino mein Halka bhojan karna chahiye. Bhojan mein Dahi ko jaroor shamil karna chahiye. 

  • Nahane se pahle Jau ke aate ko paani mein mila kar paste banakar body par lagakar kuch der ke baad thande paani se nahane se Loo ka asar kam hota hain. 

  • Loo se bachne ke liye Kachche Aam ka lep banakar pairo ke talwo par malish karni chahiye. 

  • Loo lagne aur jyada garmi mein sharir par Ghamauriya ho jati hain, Besan ko paani mein ghol kar ghamoriyo par lagane se fayda hota hain. 

  • Loo lagne par Jau ke aate aur pyaaz ko peeskar paste banaye aur usay sharir par lagaye. Jaroor rahta milegi.

  • Dhoop mein nikalne se pahle Nakhun par Pyaaz gheeskar lagaane se Loo nahi lagti hain. Yahi nahi dhoop mein bahar nikalte waqt agar aap chhila hua pyaaz lekar saath chalenge to bhi aapko Loo nahi lagegi.

    • Dhoop se aane ke baad thoda sa pyaaz ka ras Shahad mein mila kar chatne se Loo lagne ka khatra kam hota hain. 


  •  Garmi ke mausam mein khane ke baad gud khane se bhi loo lagne ka khatra kam ho jata hain. 


  • Tamatar ki chutney, Nariyal aur Petha khane se bhi Loo nahi lagti hain.
