Kharbooja khane ke fayde. (Benefits of Muskmelon)

MuskmelonCantaloupe jise Bharat mein muskmelon aur Kharbooje ke naa se jana jata hain, To vahi duniya ise rock melon ke naam se janti hain. Kai prakar ke rango aur size wala kharbooja , Kheera aur kakdi ki tarah hota hain. 

Iski paidawaar India, Iran aur Africa mein jyada hoti hain. Khas taur par garmiyo ke mausam mein April se lekar August tak. 


Mithe swaad ke saath Garmiyo mein kharbooje ka sewan Sharir ko thandak pahuchata hain. Saath hi ismein mauzood paani, Vitamins aur Minerals sharir ko poshak tatvo ki kami ko pura karte hain.
