Pyaz khane ke fayde (Benefits of Onion)

pyaazPyaaz khane ke baad munh mein badboo aati hain. Is vajah se kai log ise khane se parhez karte hain. Itna hi nahi kai log to ise khana hi chhod dete hain. Kya aapko malum hain ki ise khane se kitne fayde hote hain?

1. Fat burn karta hain
