Raat ko na khaye dahi (Don't Eat curd in night or Dinner)

Dahi ko Raat mein Nahi khana chahiyeAksar logo ke mann mein yeh duvidha rahti hain ki kis mausam mein dahi ko khaye, kab khaye aur kis rog mein khaye.  Ayurveda ki charak sahinta mein dahi ke liye "Dadhih kalptaruh" likha gya hain. Yani ki dahi
khana kalptaru ke saman hain. Jisse saare rog nasht ho jate hain. Isliye dahi ko khane se pahle in baaton ka dhyaan rakhna chahiye.



Is mausam mein khaye Dahi

Ayurveda Expert ke anusaar halaki aam dharna yeh hain ki baarish ke mausam mein dahi nahi khana chahiye, Lekin 16th Sadi ke vanoaushdhiy granth "Bhaav prakash" mein dahi ko baarish aur garmi mein khana upyogi bataya gya hain. Sardi mein dahi khane ki manahi hain. Dahi thanda aur bhaari hota hain, isliye Sheet ritu mein khane se maanspesiyon aur naso mein rukaavat aakar nervous system aur chetna kamjor hone lagti hain. Jisse vyakti thakaan, Nidra aur aalas ka shikar ho jata hain.

Dinner mein naa khaye dahi

Ayurveda ke anusaar dophar 2 se 3 baje tak dahi khana labhkari hain. Raat ko dahi khane se yeh fefde mein infection, Khansi-Jukaam ke alwa jodo ki takhleef badhaata hain.

In rogo mein labhkari

Ise khali pet subah ke samay khane se pet ke ulcer , Acidity,  haath-pair mein dard, aankhon mein jalan aur aanto ke rog mein aaraam milta hain. Ek samay mein 250 Gram Dahi ko khaya ja sakta hain. 


Aise kare prayog 

Jinhe sharir mein kamjori,  Wajan na badhne, Apach ya bhookh na lagne ki samsya ho unhe bhojan ke baad ek katori meetha dahi khana chahiye.  Dahi ko doodh ya doodh se bani cheezo ke saath kabhi bhi nahi khana chahiye, varna apach ki problem ho jati hain.
