Chhach, Chach Peene ke fayde (Benefits of ButterMilk)

Chhaachh ke swasth labh :- 

1. Calcium :- Jaise ki Mattha ek Dairy product hain Isliye isme Calcium khoob bhari matra mein paya jata hain. Haddi ki majbooti ke liye aur sharir ki badhat ke liye chhachh jaroor piye.


2. Acidity mitaye :- Yadi aapko Acidity, Seene ke jalan ya pet se judi koi samsya ho to Matthi pijiye, kyonki yeh asaani se hajam ho jata hain.
