Garmiyo mein kya khaye aur kya na khaye (Diet in Summer)

Summer Season Diet PlanGarmiyo mein sabse badi chunauti hain, khud ko is bhayankar garmi se bachaye rakhne ki. Garam hawaaon ke saath mausam mein badlaav ka sabse jyada asar health par padta hain. Kabz, Apach, Vomiting is mausam mein aam baat hoti hain. Lekin in sabse ghabrane ki jaroorat nahi , Balki khud par thoda sa dhyaan dekar aur apni diet plan mein badlav lakar in garmiyo mein Cool aur fit rah sakte hain. 



Lunch aur Dinner 

Lunch mein is mausam mein Available sabziyo ke saath Moong ki dal aur chapati li ja sakti hain. Saath hi plat bhar kar Salad aur Dahi ko apni thali mein jaroor shamil kare. Gheeya, Patta Gobhi, Tori, Seetaphal ka jyada se jyada matra mein sewan kare. Agar Pudine ki chutney saath ho to kya baat hain. Samosa, Kachauri jaise tali-bhuni cheezo se jitna aap door rahenge , Utna hi accha hain. 
Bazaar mein Chiwda, Poha samet bahut se oil free options mauzood hain, Unhe nashte ke liye istemal mein laya ja sakta hain. 


Phalo se rakhe dosti 

Tarbooz mein 90% tak Paani to hota hi hain, Saath mein dher saara Potassium aur Fiber bhi hota hain. Phalo ka raja Aam, Kela sharir ko thandak pahuchane mein bhi sahayak hote hain. Seb, Santra, Mosambi, Malta Vitamin C se bharpoor hain, Jo sharir ki immunity ko badhane ke saath hi Anti-Aging ki problem se bhi door rakhte hain.

Oil Free bhojan 

Breakfast mein parathe aadi se parhez kare. Uski jagah Poha, Dhokla, Idli, Upma, Oats, Cornflakes, Veg Sandwich khana ek accha option hain. 

Bharpoor Liquid le

Paani - Rojana 10-15 Glass Paani healthy rahne ke liye bahut hi jaroori hain. Koshish kare ki jyada thanda paani na piye. 

Nimbu Paani - Nimbu Paani mein chahe Chini dale ya Namak Ya phir dono ko dalkar peena har tarike se faydemand hota hain. 

Nariyal Paani - Maa ke doodh ke baad sabse behtarin Drink hain. Protein aur Potassium ka accha source hain. Ulcer mein bhi kargar hain. 


Chhachh - Kala namak aur Peesa hua bhuna Jeera mila kar Chhachh peene se body ke liye jaroori proteins ki purti ho jati hain. 

Aam Panna - Garmiyo ke liye sabse khas drink aur saath hi vitamin ka sabse accha khazana hain, Jo looh se bachane ke saath hi bahut hi healthy hota hain. 


Vegetables Juice - Ghiya, Kheera, Amla, Tamatar aadi ko Juice banakar pee sakte hain. Bel Sharbat sharir ko thandak dilata hain aur saath hi Acidity aur kabz se bhi chhutkara dilata hain. 

Chandan/ Khas-khas ka sarbat - Sharir ko thanda rakhne mein sahayak hota hain. 

Sattu ka Sarbat - Healthy hone ke saath-saath tasty bhi hota hain. Garmiyo mein khane ki gadbadi se hone wale pet ki kai prakar ki samsyaon se nijat dilata hain.    


Inko kare door se salam 

Ghee aur Tel - Chilchilati garmiyo mein jitna kam tel ka istemal karenge, utna hi accha hain. Desi Ghee, Vanaspati Ghee, Refined Oil, Sarso ka tel, Olive Oil garm hote hain. Ha, Nariyal, Soyabean aur Canola aadi ke tel  ka istemal kiya ja sakta hain. 


Junk Food -Burger, Pizza, Tandoori Chicken jaise junk food ko garmiyo mein bye kahna hi behtar hain. Ice-Cream ka sewan bhi simit matra mein hi kare.


Fruit chat- Yeh swaad ke lihaz se accha hain, Lekin sehat ke lihaj se bilkul nahi. Wajah saaf hain ki sabhi phalo ko pachne mein alag-alag samay lagta hain. Isliye inhe ek saath khana sahi nahi hain. Chaaye-Coffee kam piye. Inse body De-hydrate hoti hain. Green Tea peena behtar hain. Garmiyo mein 5-10 Badam rojana kha sakte hain. Vah bhi raat bhar ke bhighoye huye. Shahad Garm hota hain, Isliye sambhalkar khaye. Basi khana khane se bache. Unme Bacteria ke panpane ka khatra jyada hota hain.
