Fava Beans khane ke fayde (Benefits of Braod Beans)
Fava Beans jaisa ki naam se pata chalta hain, Hare rang ki phaliyan hoti hain, jo apne kavach ke ander rahti hain. Ise aam bol-chal ki bhasa mein Faba Beans, Fava Beans, Sem ki phalli, Sem, Same, Broad Beans aadi kaha jata hain, ise khane se bahut hi labh milta hain. Sem ki Sabzi khane ke bade hi fayde hain. Phoshak tatvo se bharpoor Fava Beans (Sem) mein Protein aur ghulansheel fiber bharpoor matra mein hote hain.
