15. Amle ke paani se aankhe dhone se ya Gulabjal daalne se aankhe healthy rahti hain.

20. Aankho ko healthy rakhne ke liye rojana Vitamin A, B aur C se bharpoor fruits aur dusri cheezo ka sewan kare. Gajar, Amla, Amrood, Papita aadi veh fruits hain jo aankho ke liye bahut hi jyada faydemand hote hain.
21. Thandi Kakdi ya kacche Aaloo ki slice kaatkar 10 minutes aankho par rakhe. Paani jyada se jyada piye. Paani ki kami se aankho mein sujan dikhaayi deti hain. Sone se 3 ghante pahle bhojan karna chahiye. Aisa karne se aankhe healthy rahti hain.
22. Badam ki Giri, Badi Saunf aur Mishri teeno ko barabar matra mein mila le. Is mishran ko peeskar powder bana le. Roj is powder ki ek chammach matra raat ko sone se pahle ek glass doodh ke saath le.
