Protein se bharpoor diet :- Dengue ke mareez ko Doodh ya Ande ka sewan karna chahiye. Inme bahut hi jyada protein hota hain. Aap chahe to Chiken aur Meat ko bhi kha sakte hain.

Fruits Juice :- Dengue Bukhaar mein Vitamin C wale phalo ka juice jaroor pina chahiye. Yeh ek aisa poshan hain jo sharir ki immunity ko strong karta hain. Vitamin C Strawberry, Amrood, Kiwi, Santra aur Papite mein paya jata hain. Yeh bacteria aur virus ko bhi khatm kar deta hain. 

Nimbu ka ras :- Nimbu ka ras sharir se gandagi peshab ke jariye nikaal deta hain, Jisse sharir healthy banta hain.
