Aaj kal young generation ko energy drink peena bahut hi pasand aata hain, Unka manana hain ki ise peene se body ko instant energy milti hain aur veh padhaai ya party bina thake kar lete hain.
Ho sakta hain ki yeh baat sach ho, Lekin energy drink ke kai side-effects bhi hote hain. Isse aapki health ko kafi nuksaan pahuch sakta hain. Energy drink peene ke nuksaan aur side-effects ke baare mein jaroor jane.
Energy Drink peene ke nuksaan aur side effect :-
1) Ango par tanaav :- Energy drink ke sewan se sharir ke sabhi parts par stress padta hain, Kyonki veh thak jate hain aur unhe aaram nahi mil pata hain. Agar aap healthy aur khush-haal rahna chahteh hain to energy drink ka sewan jyada na kare.
2) Mood par asar :- Researches se yeh baat sabit ho chuki hain ki energy drink peene se vyakti ke mood par asar padta hain aur uska mood swing hota rahta hain. Iske sewan se sharir mein feel good karane wale serotonin ghat jata hain, Jisse aadmi depression ka shikar ho jata hain ya phir uska mood ukhada-ukhada sa rahta hain.
