Diabetes mein kya khaye aur kya nahi khaye.

Diabetes ki samsya aam baat ho rahi hain, Lekin sabhi ke mann mein yeh swaal uthata hain ki Diabetes mein kya khaye aur kya nahi khaye? agar aapko bhi iska jwaab chahiye to yeh post jaroor padhe.


Diabetes (Madhumeh/Sugar) mein kya khaye ;- 

Phal :- Jamun behad faydemand hain. Amla, Nimbu, Santra, Tamatar, Papita, Kharbooja, Tarbooj, Nashpati aadi khane chahiye. Amrood, Strawberry, Mosambi, Malta, Anjeer, Singhada bhi kha sakte hain. Rojana 100-150 gram fruits kha sakte hain. Lekin inhe main khane se hatkar le, taki khane ke saath sugar na badhe.

Sabjiya :- Methi, Palak, Karela, Bathua, Sarso ka saag, Kadoo, Kakadi, Taroi, Tinda, Shimla Mirch, Bhindi, Sem, Shalgam, Kheera, Gwaar ki phali, Chane ka saag, Soya ka saag, Gajar aadi bhi kha sakte hain. Lahsun glucose ke level ko kam karta hain. 

Fiber aur Omega-3 Fatty Acid jyada ho ;- Brown aur bina polish Chawal, Chilke waali daale, Choker mila aata istemal kare. Soyabean, Sabut Chana, Rajma, Lobiya aadi le. Sprout bhi le sakte hain. Brown bread, Oat, Daliya khaye. Din bhar mein 4-5 katori sabziya Salad ke roop mein khaye. 

Juice :- Karela, Gajar, Palak, Lauki, Shalgam, Patta Gobhi aadi ka juice pee sakte hain. Vaise phalo ka ras jyada nahi peena chahiye kyonki inme sugar ki matra jyada hoti hain. 1/2 glass ek din mein. 

Non-Veg :- Tandoori ya Ubale Murge ka meat aur Machali ko ubaal kar ya bhoon kar kha sakte hain. Din mein 1-2 Ande kha sakte hain. Halaki ki Shakahari khana hi behtar hain. 

Ghee-Tel :- Alsi, Soyabean, Sarso, Surajmukhi ka tel khaye. Surajmukhi aur Corn Oil ko Sarso ke tel mein mila kar istemal kare. Lekin kul mila kar din mein Fat 15-20 Gram (3-4 Chammach) se jyada na le. Mahine mein 1/2 Liter tel kafi hain. 

Doodh se bani cheeze :- Doodh, Dahi, Paneer le, Lekin low Fat wali. Double Toned Doodh ka istemal accha hain. Din mein 2-3 cup chaaye pee sakte hain , lekin bina shakkar wali. Namkeen lassi ya chhach piye. 

Masale aur anya :- Methi, Lahsun aur Dalchini Khoon mein Glucose level ko kam karte hain aur good cholesterol ko badhate hain. Aloe Vera ka juice aur Gel bhi faydemand hain. Green Tea se sharir mein Glucose ko observe karne ki capacity badhti hain. 


Diabetes mein kya nahi khaye aur kis se kare parhez :-

Meethi Cheeze :- Chini, Gud, Meethaai, Toffee, Chocolate, Ice-cream aadi. 

Meethe Phal :- Seb, Kela, Cheekoo, Aam, Shahtoot, Angoor, Leechi aadi. 

Sabziya :- Aaloo, Arbi, Shakarkand, Kachaaloo jaisi Starch wali sabziya. 

Ghee-Tel :- Deshi Ghee, Vanaspati Ghee- Tel, Nariyal Tel, Makkhan, Cream, Khoya aur Paneer. Mahine mein aadha kilo se jyada Ghee ya Tel nahi khana chahiye. 

Doosri Cheeze ;- Maida, Chawal, Sharab, Beer aadi. Bornvita, Horlicks, Boosts, Maltova, Protinex aadi.

Non-Veg :- Ande ki Jardi, Keema, Gurde aur Liver ka meat, Bakre ka meat. Ande ka peele wala bhaag. 

Inme bhi sugar hain :- Chaaye, Coffee, Shake, Juice aadi mein bhi sugar content hota hain. Isliye control mein rah kar iska istemal kare. Pasta, White Bread aadi meethe nahi hote hain Lekin inme bhi sugar hota hain.
