1) Soda isliye bhi accha nahi hain kyonki yeh haddiyo ko bhur-bhura bana deta hain. Aisa mana jata hain ki sode mein kuch aise acid paye jate hain jo haddiyo ko mulayam bana dete hain aur calcium ki kami kar dete hain.

2) Isme Artificial sweetener pada hota hain, jiski calorie bahut jyada hoti hain. Yeh bhookh ko badhati hain aur ise ek tarah ke cancer ko badhawa dene ke liye bataya gya hain. 

3) Isme mauzood sodium, Blood pressure ko badha deta hain aur blood pressure ke badhne se heart attack ka risk hota hain. 

4) Soda sharir ke liye nuksaandayak hain  kyonki isme bahut si calorie payi jati hain. Isko peene se motapa badh sakta hain aur diabetes ka khatra bhi hota hain. 

5) Soda De-hydration ko paida karta hain. Isme Sodium ki jyada matra hone ki wajah se Dehydration ho jata hain.
