Angoor (Grapes)

Season :- January se April

Life :- 15-20 Din

Amrood 

Season :- October se January

Life :- Maximum 10 Days

Kaise kare store :- Ise room temperature ya Fridge, Kisi bhi tarike se store kiya ja sakta hain. Amrood ko dhoop se bachana chahiye, Kyonki yeh Dhoop mein kaale pad jate hain. Room Temperature mein yeh 1-2 din aur Fridge mein 10 Din tak chal sakte hain. Room Temperature mein rakhne se yeh kuch soft bhi ho jate hain.



Aam (Mango)

Season :- March se August

Life :- 5 se 6 din

Kaise kare store :- Aam ko paani mein ek ghante tak bhigo kar Fridge mein store kiya ja sakta hain. Agar Mango ko Carbide se pakaya gya hain to Paani mein bhigone se iska bura asar kuch kam ho jata hain.


Khubani 

Season :- May-June

Life :- 3 se 4 Din

Kaise kare store :- Inhe Fridge mein Store kiya ja sakta hain.



Kharbooja 

Season :- April - July

Life :- 2 se 3 Din

Kaise kare store ;- Kharbooje ko fridge mein store karna chahiye. Aamtaur par logo ka manana yeh hain ki isse fridge mein Kharbooje ki badboo phail jati hain lekin aisa tabhi hota hain jab Kharbooja kharab hone lagta hain. Jab Kharbooja kharab hone lagta hain tab uski gandh freeze mein phail jati hain.

Kaise kare store :- Fridge mein store karke rakh sakte hain, Lekin inhe kaat kar rakhne se yeh naram pad jate hain.

Season :- 12 Mahine

Life :- 1 Mahina

Kaise kare store :- Anar ko room temperature par hi rakhna chahiye. Agar aap ise fridge mein rakh denge to yeh gal jayega aur thanda hokar kharab ho jayega. Room temperature par bhale hi yeh khoob sookh jaye lekin iska swaad aur meethas bana rahta hain. Anar ko kaatne se pahle ise 10-15 minutes tak paani mein bhigo kar rakh dena chahiye.
