Sendha Namak khane ke fayde (Benefits of Rock Salt)

Hum aksar bhojan mein jyadatar Iodine yukt namak hi use karte hain. Agar hame upvaas ya vart rakhna ho to hi hum Sendha namak ka prayog karte hain. Samundari Namak koi bahut jyada health ke liye faydemand nahi hota hain, Lekin iska itna jyada publicity kar di gyi hain, ki hame lagta hain ki, Yeh Sendha Namak ke mukable bahut accha hain. Sendha Namak ek pahadi namak hain jo ki health ke liye bahut hi faydemand hain. 

Ayurveda ki bahut saari medicines mein Sendha Namak ka upyog hota hain. Is Namak ko "Lahori Namak" bhi kaha jata hain, Kyonki yeh aksar Lahore se hota hua pure North India mein becha jata tha. Natural Namak hamare sharir ke liye bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Aam taur par use mein laye jane wale sea salt se High BP, Diabetes, Lakwa aadi gambhir bimariyo ka darr rahta hain. 

Iske opposite Sendha Namak ke upyog se Blood pressure par control rahta hain. Iski shuddhta ke karan iska istemal vrat ke bhojan mein hota hain. Iske sewan se sharir mein Blood pressure, Chamari rog, Fefda, Aankho ki bimariya, Motapa, Sharir mein jakadan samet 20 tarah ki bimariya ka khatra kam ho jata hain. Agar aapko lagta hain ki Sea Salt (Samoondri Namak) mein Iodine hota hain aur isiliye hi yeh sharir ke liye bahut accha hain to aap galat hain.

Iodine ke chakkar mein jyada namak khana samajhdari nahi hain, Balki Iodine to aapko Dahi, Doodh, Anda, Aaloo aur Hari sabziyo se hi mil sakta hain. Sendha Namak ke baare mein Ayurveda mein bola gya hain ki yeh aapko isliye khana chahiye kyonki Sendha Namak vaat, pitt aur cough ko door karta hain. Yeh pachan mein bhi sahayak hota hain aur saath hi isme Potassium aur Magnesium paya jata hain jo dil ke liye faydemand hota hain.

Yahi nahi Ayurvedic medicines mein jaise Lavan Bhaskar Pachan churan aadi mein bhi Sendha namak ka istemal kiya jata hain. To dosto Sendha namak ka istemal kewal vrat mein na karke balki apne rojana bhojan mein bhi iska istemal kare.

Sendha Namak Rakt Vikaar aadi rog jisme namak khane ke liye mana kiya gya ho usme bhi iska upyog kiya ja sakta hain. Yeh pitt nashak aur aankho ke liye labhkari hota hain.

Namak sirf khane ka swaad hi nahi badhata hain, Balki iska upyog kai tarah ke ilaj mein bhi kiya jata hain. Blood pressure, Diabetes aadi bimariyo mein doctor Namak ke istemal par dhyaan dene ki salah dete hain. Dead Skin ko door karne se lekar body ko refresh karne tak namak bahut hi upyogi hota hain. Rock Salt khas taur par vrat (Fasting) ke dino mein istemal kiya jata hain. Powder, Liquid aur Thos roop mein mauzood rock salt kai tarah ke dishes aur medicines ko taiyaar karne ke liye kiya jata hain. Khane mein iska istemal kai tarah se sehat ke liye faydemand hota hain.

Sendha namak se sehat ko hone wale labh :- 

1) Mood ko sahi rakhta hain :- Sendha Namak body mein Oxygen ki sahi matra ko bhi banaye rakhta hain. Body mein oxygen ka sahi flow hone se kai tarah ki bimariya door rahti hain. Isse seasonal fever se bhi rahat milti hain.



2) Bhookh ko badhata hain :- Bhookh na lagne ki samsya ko Sendha Namak kha kar door kiya ja sakta hain. Iski chutaki bhari matra khane se digestion sahi rahta hain.

3) Metabolism sahi rakhta hain :- Sendha Namak ke sewan se Metabolism ka level sahi bana rahta hain, Jo puri body ke function ke liye jimmevaar hota hain. Sendha Namak sharir mein paani ki sahi matra ko bhi banaye rakhta hain. Isse body hydrate rahti hain, Saath hi digestion bhi sahi rahta hain. Khane mein ise shamil karke blood circulation ko bhi sahi rakha ja sakta hain. Sahi blood circulation kai saari bimariyo ko door rakhne mein madadgar hoti hain.

4) Saanso ki preshaniyo ko door karta hain :- Bahut kam hi log is baat se wakif honge ki Sendha Namak saanso se judi kai tarah ki problems ko door karta hain. Asthma se joojh rahe mareezo ko Sendha Namak ka sewan jaroor karna chahiye.

5) Active aur Fit rakhta hain :- Rock Salt mein lagbhag 84 tarah ke aise minerals hote hain, jo sehat ke liye bahut hi faydemand hote hain. Khastaur par isme mauzood Magnesium aur Calcium bahut ki fayda pahuchate hain. Yeh body ko fit rakhne ke liye sabse jaroori tatv mane jate hain. Sendha Namak ko khane mein shamil karne se body ko fit aur active rakha ja sakta hain.

6) Pet ki bimariyo se chhutkara :- Khane-peene mein laparvaahi aur gadbadi se apach, kabz, gas aur acidity ki samsya aam baat hain. Yeh kai bimariyo ka karan banti hain. Aisi kisi bhi samsya ko door karne ke liye khane ke baad Sendha Namak ka sewan karna faydemand rahega.

7) Tension ko door karta hain :- Rock salt mein mauzood Aroma body ko relax karta hain. Isse tanaav, chinta jaisi samsyaen koso door rahti hain.

Sendha Namak ka istemal kaise kare ? 

Paani mein mila kar piye :- Paani ya Lassi mein Sendha Namak mila kar peena bahut hi faydemand hain. Yeh digestion se related sabhi problems ko door karta hain aur pet ki samsyaon se nijat dilata hain.

Nahana ;- Body ko relax aur fresh karne ke liye Sendha namak ko nahane ke paani mein milaye ya isse body par halka sa massage karne ke baad gungune paani se nahaye. Dono hi tarike  bahut hi faydemand hote hain. Muscles ko relax karne ke saath hi yeh blood pressure ko control karta hain. Saath hi body ko detoxify bhi karta hain.

Gargle kare :- Gungune paani mein Sendha namak mila kar usse gargle (Garare) kare. Isse na sirf daanto ki chamak badhti hain, balki gale se sambandhit kai tarah ki preshaniya door hoti hain.
