Kya aap fit rahna  chahte  hain aur aap yeh bhi janna chahte  hain ki apni dincharya  mein kya kya badlaav kare, jisse  aap healthy bane  rahenge toh  aapko niche  likhi gyi tips  ko follow  karne  ki jaroorat hain. In tips ko ajmaye aur rahe hamesha  fit  & fine. 
• Khane mein salad,  doodh, dahi, daliya hari sabziyo, saabut  daal-anaaz aadi ka istemal jaroor kare. Koshish kare ki aapki plate mein  ‘Varity of Food’ shamil ho. Khana pakane aur peene  ke liye saaf  paani ka upyog kare. Phalo aur  sabziyo ko acchi tarah se  dho kar istemal kare. 
• 40 ki umar ke baad  apna routine  check up karwate  rahe aur agar  doctor  aapko koi dawaai deta hain toh  usay  niyamit roop se  le.  Nature  ke kareeb rahne  ka waqt jaroor  nikale. Baccho ke saath  khele , apne pets  ke saath daude aur wife  ke  saath halka-fulka  romance, long drive aur  entertainment ka  time  jaroor nikaal le. 
• Bahut jyada oil, masale se bane, baked  aur garam bhojan ka  istemal  na  kare. Khane  ko sahi  temperature par pakaye. Aur sabziyo ko jyada  paka  kar  unke poshak tatvo  ko  khatm na kare. Saath hi oven kar  istemal karte waqt uske  temperature ka khas  khayaal rakhe.  Khane ko  hamesha  dhak  kar rakhe aur fresh  khana khaye. 
• Koi bhi ek  exercise  rojana jaroor  kare. Iske  liye rojana  kam  se kam aadha ghanta jaroor de aur  kasrat ke  tarikebadalte  rahe, jaise  ki aerobic kare  toh kabhi sirf tez chale. Agar kisi cheez ke liye waqt  nahi nikaal paa  rahe  hain toh office  ya ghar  ki  seedhiya chadhne  aur  tez chalne  ka iraada rakhe. Koshish kare ki office mein bhi aapko jyada  der  tak ek hi position mein nahi baithna pade. 
• Khana pakane ke liye  unsaturated  vegetable  oil (Jaise soyabean, sunflower, makka ya olive oil) ka  istemal karne  ki koshish kare. Khane mein cheeni aur namak dono ka kam istemal kare. Junk food, soft drink , artificial juice ka istemal na kare. Koshish kare  ki  raat  ka  khana 8 baje  tak  kha  le aur  yeh halka-fulka  ho. 
• Kabhi bhi  bahar se  ghar  aane ke baad,kisi bahari cheez ko haath lagane ke  baad, khana banane  se pahle ya khana  khane  se pahle  saabun se  acchi tarah  se  haath dhoye. Agar aapke  ghar  mein  koi chhota  baccha  hain toh  saabun se  haath  dhona  aur  bhi jaroori  ho jata hain. Usay  haath lagane se  pahle  apne  haatho  ko  jaroor  dhoye. 
• Meditation, Yoga ya dhyaan ka istemal concentration badhane aur  tension ko door  karne  ke liye  kare. 
• Ghar mein saaf-safaai  ka khas dhyaan rakhe, khas taur  par rasoi aur bathroom ki. Paani ko kanhi bhi ikttha  na hone  de. Sink, washbasin aadi jagaho  par niyamit roop se safaai karte rahe aur phenyl, floor  cleaner aadi  ka istemal karte  rahe.  Khane ki  kisi bhi cheez ko  khula na  chhode. Kachhe aur  pake huye khane ko alag-alag rakhe. 
 • Apne  aaram karne ya sone wale  kamre  ko saaf-suthra, hawadaar aur  khula-khula rakhe. Chaadre,  takiyo ke gilaaf aur  pardo  ko  badalte  rahe aur  gaddo  ya mattress  ko bhi samay samay par dhoop  dikha kar jhatkare. 
• Fresh vegetables aur fruits  ka istemal kare.  Upyog  mein aane wale  masalo, anaazo aur  dusri cheezo ka storage sahi tarike  se  kare, aur expiry date  wali cheezo  ki taarikh  ka khas dhyaan rakhe. 
• Khana pakane  aur khana  khane  ke  istemal  mein  aane wale  bartano, fridge,  oven  aadi ko saaf  rakhe. Kabhi bhi geele bartano  ko rack  mein  nahi  rakhe aur nahi bina sookhe dabbo  aadi ko dhakkan laga kar rakhe.
