Chai (Tea) peene ka sahi waqt, jisse mile aapko jyada fayda.
Subah-subah chai peene ke jo silsila shuru hota hain, Veh raat tak kayam rahta hain. Chai ko pasand karne walo ko yeh pata hona chahiye ki veh jo chai le rahe hain, uske fayde aur nuksaan kya hain. Kyonki har chai ek dusre se alag hain. Aaj hum aapko bata rahe hain chai ke kuch khas flavour jinhe sahi waqt par lene se energy toh milegi hi saath mein sehat bhi acchi rahegi.
Chai peene ka sahi samay yeh hain :-
Green Tea :- Wajan kam karne mein yeh chai kaam mein aati hain, saath hi yeh eyesight ko bhi behtar karti hain. Metabolism ko badhane mein bhi yeh madad karti hain. Cardiovascular problems se yeh door rakhti hain. Mid Morning mein ise sabse accha hota hain. Ya phir lunch se pahle agar chai peeni ho toh green tea ko prefer kare.
Ginger Tea :- Khane ko hazam karne mein yeh chai kaam mein aati hain. Jin logo ko hajme ki shikayat hoti hain veh ginger tea (adrak wali chai) ko rojana apni routine mein shamil kar sakte hain. Lunch aur dinner ke baad ginger tea lena sahi hain. Saath hi agar pet mein koi gadbadi ho toh ginger tea lena best option hain. Ise banate waqt aap paani mein Adrak ke alawa Shahad aur Lemon juice bhi daal sakte hain. Sardiyo mein jukaam se bachne ke liye iss chai ko ajmaye.
Black Tea :- Stress level ko kam karne aur blood pressure ko low karne mein yeh chai kafi kaam aati hain. Subah uthate hi iss chai ko lene se pure din energy bani rahti hain. Black tea ke sabhi gun sharir ko tabhi milte hain jab usay bina doodh ke hi liya jaye. Isme caffeine content kafi hota hain, Jis wajah se body ko instant energy milti hain.
Herbal Tea :- Medical benefits ke liye yeh chai kafi famous hain. Is chai mein caffeine ki matra bilkul bhi nahi hoti hain. Jo log taste ke liye chai peete hain unke liye yeh best option hain. Isme herb, spices aur Anti-oxidants kafi acchi matra hoti hain, jo sehat ke liye acchi hain. Ise aap sham ke waqt ya dinner ke samay le sakte hain.
Masala Tea ;- Masala tea har ghar ki khas chai hoti hain. Bas regular jo chai banti hain, usi mein Adrak, Laung, Elaichi, Pudina aadi dale jate hain. Baarish ke mausam mein is chai se behtar aur koi option nahi hain. Jab bhi mausam badle toh masala tea ko apni daily routine mein shamil kare. Aisa karne se badalte mausam ka asar aapki sehat par nahi pedega.
