Sardiyo mein sharir ko garam rakhne wale food.

Sardiyo mein inhe jaroor khaye.


Sardiyo sirf ooni kapde pahanne se hi sardi se nahi bacha ja sakta hain. Body mein adrooni garmi hone par aapko sardi kam lagegi aur kai bimariya bhi nahi hongi. Sardiyo ke dauran sharir ki suraksha jaroori hoti hain. Iske liye aapko sahi bhojan lena jaroori hota hain. Sardiyo ke dauran aisi phal aur sabziya khaye, Jisse sharir ko garmi mile. Bhojan health ko healthy bana kar rakhta hain. 

Sahi khana khane se sharir mein BMI balance rahta hain. Kuch food jaise:- Lahsun, Methi aadi sharir ko garmi pradaan karte hain. Aise hi kai dusri khane wali cheeze aisi hain jo body ke temperature ko banaye rakhti hain aur immunity ko bhi strong karne mein madad karti hain. Janiye kuch aisi hi khane wali cheezo ke bare meein :-

Badam :- Badam kai guno se bharpoor hota hain. Inhe sardiyo ka sabse accha food mana jata hain. Iske sewan se kabz ki samsya door hoti hain, jo sardiyo mein sabse badi dikkat hoti hain. Badam mein diabetes ko control karne ka gun hota hain. Isme Vitamin E bharpoor matra mein paya jata hain.

Omega-3 Fatty Acid food :- Sardiyo mein Omega-3 Fatty Acid food sabse accha food hota hain. Yeh aamtaur par fish mein paya jata hain. Sardiyo ke dino mein machhali ka sewan jaroor kare, isse sharir ko garmi milti hain. Isme zinc bharpoor matra mein hota hain aur yeh white blood cells ko activate kar deta hain jo ki body ki immunity ko badhane mein madad karti hain. Body ki immunity power hi sharir ko bimariyo se door rakhne mein madad karti hain.

Moongfali :- Sardiyo ke dino mein environment mein oxygen ki kami ho jati hain. Agar aap thand ke mausam mein koi aisa food khana chahte hain jo sharir ko garmi de aur sahi matra mein sharir ko oxygen lene mein madad kare toh moongfali ko jaroor khaye. Yeh sardi ke dino mein body ko warm rakhta hain.

Warm up kare :- Sardiyo mein kuch aise food khaye jo aapko warm-up kar de. Jaise :- Til ke daane, Ramdaana aadi. Inke sewan se body ko energy milti hain aur veh garam rahta hain. Iske alawa metabolism bhi accha rahta hain.

Anaaz :- Kuch anaaz sharir ko sabse jyada garmi dete hain Jaise – Bajra. Sardi ke dino mein bajre ki roti bana kar khaye. Chote baccho ko Bajre ki roti jaroor khani chahiye. Isme kai swasthyavardhak gun paye jate hain.

Adrak :- Bachpan se hi hum daadi maa ke gharelu nuskhe mein adrak ka naam jyada sunte aa rahe hain. Sach mein Adrak kafi gunkari hota hain. Sardiyo ke dino mein Adrak ki chai ya uska achaar bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Isse sharir ko garmi milti hain aur pachan kriya bhi durust rahti hain.

Raseele phal na khaye :- Sardiyo ke dino mein raseele phalo ka sewan na kare. Santra, Rasbhari ya mosambi aapke sharir ko thandak pradan karte hain aur aapko sardi lag sakti hain. Agar aap inhe khana chahte hain toh dhoop mein baith kar khaye.

Hari sabziya :- Apni diet mein hari sabziyo ko jaroor shamil kare. Sabziya sharir ki pratirodhak shamta ko badhaati hain aur garmi pradan karti hain. Sardiyo ke dino mein Methi, Gajar, Chukandar, Palak, Lahsun, Bathua aadi ka sewan kare. Isse dher saari energy milegi.

Shahad :- Sardiyo ke dino mein apni diet mein shahad ka istemal jaroor kare. Isse pachan kriya mein sudhaar hoga aur aapki immunity par bhi asar padega.
