Chawal Bharat ka sabse popular bhojan hain. Dhaan ke chhilke utaar diye jaye toh iske daane ko chawal kahte hain. Pake huye chawal ko log bhaat ke naam se bhi jante hain. Chawal ko English mein Rice kahte hain, Chawal ke sheetal aur shakti badhane wale guno ki wajah se duniya bhar ke log ise bhojan ke roop mein pasand karte hain. Chawal baarish ke mausam ki phasal hain jo pure India mein ugaayi jati hain.
Khane ke alawa isme kai aushadhiya gun bhi hote hain, is baat ko shayad bahut kam log hi jante honge. Kai log chawal ka upyog khane ke alawa anek rogo ko door karne ke liye bhi karte hain. Aaiye jante hain chawal ka istemal aur kis tarah kiya ja sakta hain aur iske desi nuskhe kya hain.
1. Chawal ka garam-garam paani lagataar kuch dino tak sewan karne se motapa door hota hain. Pake huye chawal ke garam paani mein 2 chammach shahad mila kar lene se motapa kam karne mein madad milti hain.
2. Chawal ke aate ko baarik pees le. Iski 250 gram matra 1 Ltr. Paani mein ubaal kar pakaye aur swaadanusaar namak mila kar khaye. Isse dast mein turant aaram milta hain.
3. Kacche chawal ke daano ko din mein 2-3 baar chabaane se pyaas lagna kam ho jata hain. Aisa mana jata hain ki chawal ka paani peene se bhang ka nasha bhi utar jata hain.
4. Chawal ko baarik pees kar rakh le. Is powder ki thodi si matra paani mein mila kar chehre par halke-halke rojana lagaye. Daag-dhabbe jald hi puri tarah se saaf ho jayenge.
5. Der tak paka hua bhaat aur dahi mila kar khane se apachan ki shikayat door hoti hain. Bhaat aur Aaloo ka ek saath sewan karne se apachan aur gas hone ki sambhavna jyada hoti hain.
6. Pake huye chawal ko kisi bartan mein rakh kar andhere wali jagah par rakh de. 10 dino ke baad is bartan mein rakha chawal jab sadh jaye, toh ise phent kar pairo ki aidiyo par lagaye. Mana jata hain ki aisa karne se pairo ki phati aidiya theek ho jati hain.
7. Jyada seer-dard hone par ubale huye chawal ke paani ke saath 2 chutaki sonth ka churan mila kar maathe par lagaye. Isse seer-dard mein turant aaram milega. Kaha jata hain ki aksar yeh karne se migraine ke rogiyo ko fayda pahuchta hain.
