  Broccoli :- Broccoli mein Fiber bharpoor matra mein hote hain. Isme Vitamin C bhi kafi acchi matra mein paya jata hain. Ise food chart mein jaroor shamil kare. Iske sewan se sharir mein uric acid ki matra kam ho jati hain.
