Murabba khane ke fayde.
Aamtaur par Murabba ka naam sunte hi, dimaag mein Amle ka murabba hi yaad aata hain. Lekin Amle ke murabbe ke saath kai aur sabziyo aur phalo ke murabbe bhi banaye jate hain, Jo sehat ke liye kafi faydemand hote hain. Murabba Vitamin C, Iron aur Fiber ka sabse accha source mana jata hain. Saath hi isme Calcium, Vitamin A aur Magnesium bhi hota hain, Jo ise aur bhi healthy banata hain.
