Salad ko khane ka sabse jyada nutrients wala hissa kaha jata hain, Lekin bahut kam hi log hain jo Salad se aur bhi jyada fayde lene ke baare mein sochte hain. To aaiye jante hain hum oon cheezo ke baare mein Jo salad mein mila kar lene se aapke salad ko aur bhi jyada healthy bana dete hain. 

Paneer :- Jin sabziyo mein starch nahi hota, Unke saath Paneer khane se fat loss tezi se hota hain. Market mein kai tarah ke paneer mauzood hain, Lekin Salad mein usi tarah ka paneer istemal kijiye, Jisme Fat aur Sodium ki matra kam hoti hain. Protein aur Calcium ka accha source hone ke karan salad mein daal kar khaye. 

Lettuce :- Lettuce sabse accha weight loss food hain. Isme sugar aur sodium ki matra kam jabki Vitamin A, K aur C bhari matra mein paye jate hain. Isme Iron, Calcium aur Protein bhi hote hain. Isme Calorie content kafi kam aur Fat naamatra ka hota hain. Omega 3 se lekar Omega 6 Fatty Acid hote hain. 

Anar :- Anar ka rojana istemal dil ke liye faydemand hota hain. Anar Potassium, Calcium, Vitamin C aur Vitamin A ka accha source hain. Isme bharpoor matra mein Anti-Oxidants bhi paye jate hain. Prostate Cancer aur Breast Cancer ke khatre ki sambhavna ko bhi door rakhta hain. 

Olive Oil :- Salad mein Oilve oil aur Vinegar dalne se sharir mein sugar level balance rahta hain. Salad mein Mono Unsaturated Fats hote hain. Roj 2 chammach yani 23 gram Olive oil ke istemal se dil ki bimariyo ka khatra kam hota hain. Salad mein Olive oil aur Sirka daal kar khane se namak ka sewan kam ho jata hain. 

Nuts & seeds :- Nuts aur Seeds mein Fiber aur Protein bharpoor matra mein paya jata hain. Isme Mono aur Polysaturated Fats jyada matra mein hote hain, Jo dil ke liye bahut hi faydemand hain. Inhe Salad mein shamil karne se cholesterol level kam kiya ja sakta hain. 

Ubale Ande :- Salad mein ubale ande daalne se protein ki matra badhai ja sakti hain. Ande ke peele hisse mein Carotenoid Anti-oxidant ko absorb karne ki power 9x jyada hoti hain. Agar aap cholesterol ko lekar chintit hain to Salad mein Boil Eggs faydemand saabit ho sakte hain.
