Paseena  aane  ke fayde.

Paseena aana ek natural process hain. Pasina aane ko English mein Perspiration ya sweating kahte hain. Jab aap jyada kaam karte  hain toh  aapka sharir  garam ho jata hain toh  dimaag  cool aur comfortable  hone ki koshish karta hain.
