Aksar sunane mein aata hain ki I.A.S. ke exam mein safal hone ke liye daily 16 se 18 hours ki study karna jaroori hain. Is exam ki taiyaari kar rahe yuvaon ko kai baar yeh salah bhi di jati hain ki veh sirf padhaai par dhyaan de aur zindagi ki baaki saari cheeze bhool jaye. Kuch log toh yaha tak yeh bhi salah dete hain ki aap khud ko ek kamre mein band kar le aur baaki kaamo mein kam samay zaaya karte huye saara time, bas study ko hi de, tabhi aap IAS mein safal ho payenge.
Sach toh yeh hain ki IAS ke exam ki taiyaari karne ke liye yeh katai jaroori nahi hain ki aap khud ko duniya se alag kar le. Officer banne ke liye is tarah ke sanyaas ki jaroorat nahi hain. Aap apni zindagi ko bilkul normal rakh sakte hain. Jaroorat kewal puri seriousness aur balanced study karne ki hain. Sach toh yeh hain ki aap manoranjan aur aaram se door rah kar aur sabhi cheezo se katkar padhaai karenge, toh padhaai acche se nahi ho sakti hain. Isliye aap padhaai ke saath saath apni hobbies aur dusri roochion par jaroor dhyaan de.
Quantity nahi Quality hoti hain jaroori :- Study ka relation iss baat se nahi hain ki aapne kitne ghante tak padhaai ki. Important yeh hain ki aapki padhaai ki gunvatta kya thi aur yeh kitni prabhaavshali thi. Sirf padhaai ki khaatir padhai karne aur ghante gin kar khush ho lene ka koi fayda nahi hain. Maan lijiye aapne 16 ghante tak kitaab lekar baithe rahte hain, Lekin aap apna dhyaan na toh padhaai par focus kar paa rahe hain aur na hi aapko jyada kuch samajh aa raha hain. Ya maan lijiye aap subah 5 baje uthakar padhne baith jaate hain, Lekin aapko apni neend khatm karne ke liye preshaani ka saamna karna padta hain. In dono hi situation mein kya padhaai ke ghante wakai mein kaam aayenge. Aisi record tod padhaai karne ka kya fayda, Jisme ghante toh shaamil ho aur padhaai na ke barabar ho.
Discipline aur concentration :- Behtar toh yeh hoga ki aap saal bhar 9-10 ghante padhe aur exam ke 1 mahine pahle ise badha kar 12 ghante tak le jaaye. Ek baat aur samajh le, Aap kitne ghante padhte hain is baat se zyaada ahem yeh hain ki aap apni padhaai ek si kare. Bhale hi aap rojana kewal 5-6 ghante padhe, lekin is baat ka khyaal rakhe ki saal bhar mein har roj kam se kam 5-6 ghante jaroor padhe. Yeh discipline banaye rakhe, yahi nahi kisi din 8-10 ghante padh lijiye aur kisi din 1 ghante ke baad chhutti kar lijiye.
Agar baat kare toh roj 12-12 ghante ki padhaai ek-aadh mahine se jyada karna kafi mushkil ho jata hain. Lagatar itne ghante padhne se hamara dimaag samajhne aur grahan karne ki power par asar padta hain. Apne focus ko ghanto tak kayam rakhna mushkil hain. Isse ubaai aane lagti hain aur mann se padhai uchat jaati hain. Zaahir hain yeh aapki padhaai ke lihaaz se bahut galat hoga.
Break lena bhi hain jaroori :- Padhaai ke dauran yeh baat dhyaan rakhe ki ek baithak jyada lambi na khiche. Yeh dekha gya hain ki dedh se do ghante tak lagatar padhna aur phir aadhe ghante ka break lena accha hota hain. Aisa karne se study karne ke liye energy aur umang bani rahti hain. Isse concerentration badhane mein asaani ho jati hain.
Yeh bhi paya gya hain ki entertainment, Aaraam aur hobby bhi apni dincharya mein shamil karna students ki life par positive effect daalta hain. Baari baari mehnat karne ke baad manoranjan ko samay dene ke baad dimaag lambi padhai karne ke liye acchi situation mein aa jata hain. Isliye padhaai ke ghanto ke beech kuch break lena time ki barbaadi ke roop mein nahi dekhna chahiye. Yeh padhaai ki quality ko banaye rakhne ka ek ahem hissa hain.
Kull mila kar study ke hours nahi balki study ki quality mayne rakhti hain. Tired, Tension aadi mein study karne se koi fayda nahi mil sakta hain. Vahi acchi padhaai hoti hain, jo aaraam se aur concentration ke saath ho. Tabhi aap safal ho sakte hain.
