Benefits of Pumpkin Seeds in Hindi (Kaddu ke beej ke fayde)Pumpkins seeds benefits in Hindi/Urdu. Kaddu ke beej khane se kya fayde hote hain? Kaddu (Sitaphal) ke beej khane ke fayde/labh kya hain. 
Hum mein se jyadatar log sabziyo ke poshak chhilko aur beejo ko faltu samajh kar phenk dete hain. Example ke taur par jaise ki kaddu ki sabzi ban rahi ho toh aksar hum uske beejo ko dustbin mein daal dete hain. Lekin yeh beej hamare swasthya ke nazriye se bahut hi faydemand  mane  gye hain. Dil aur Liver ke rogo mein faydemand :- Alsi aur Kaddu ke beejo ko barabar  matra mein (kareeb 2 gram) rojana ek baar lena chahiye. Aisa mana jata hain ki yeh Liver ki kamjori aur heart ki problems mein kafi kargar hote hain. Journal Food Chemistry & Toxicology mein publish 2008 ki ek report bhi iss tarah ke  daawo ko sahi thaharaati hain. 

Pathaari ya Kidney stone mein faydemand :- Saal 1987 mein American Journal mein publish ek research ke mutabik jin baccho ke peshab test sample mein Calcium Oxalate Particles  paaye gye, Unke khaane mein kaddu ke beejo ko shamil kiya gya aur iss problem ko kafi hud tak kam hote dekha gya. Calcium Oxalate  kidney mein stone  ko paida karte hain. 

Ghaavo ko theek kare :- Sharir ke jin hisso par ghaav ya kisi tarah ka infection ho gya ho. Oon jagaho par Kaddoo ke sookhe beezo ka churan ya taza beejo ka ras lagane se aaram milta hain.

Dil ki bimariyo aur blood  circulation se judi dusri problems mein kaddu ke beejo se  nikaala gya tel  behad  ki kargar bataya jata hain. 

Prostate badhne se roke :- Prostate ko badhne se rokne ke liye kaddu ke beejo ko kafi kargar  mana gya hain. 2008 mein aayi ek report mein Kaddu ke beejo ke tel se prostate ki badhotari  ko kam paya gya. Mana jata hain ki prostate granthi  badhne se  preshan rogi  ko rojana 4-5 gram kaddu ke beejo ka sewan jaroor karna chahiye. 

Haath pair mein jalan ko door kare  :- Haath-pair mein jalan hone par kaddu ke beejo ko peeskar iska lep jalan wali jagaho par lagaye. turant rahat milegi. Lep ke sookh jane  ke baad jalan wale haath-pair ke hisso ko namak ke ghol se dho lena chahiye. Isse bahut tezi  se aaram milta hain. 

High blood pressure ya Hypertension se rahat dilaye :- Kaddu ke beej mein  Anti-Oxidants paye jate hain. Yeh high blood pressure  ko kam karne mein behad  kargar saabit huye hain. Jinhe  high  blood pressure ki shikayat ho unhe kaddu ke beejo ko apni diet mein jaroor  shamil karna chahiye. 

Joints pain ya Arthritis mein faydemand :- Saal 1995 mein published ek  report ke mutabik Drug indomethacin jo Arthritis ke rogiyo ko di jati hain, Vaisa hi asar Kaddu ke beej bhi karte  hain. Saath hi drugs ke  mukable  in beejo mein koi side-effects bhi nahi hota hain.

Tension, Chinta, Depression ko door kare :- Kaddu ke 1 gram beej mein kareeb 2 Milligram Tryptophan Protein paya jata hain. Yeh acchi neend laane ke  liye ke jaroori hain. Research par gaur kiya jaye toh  Glucose  ke saath Kaddu ke beejo ka sewan karne se behtar  neend aati hain. Gramin areas mein Jee michlana, thakaan hona ya tension mein doobey vyakti ko kaddu ke beejo ke  saath chini mila kar khilaya jata hain.

Pet ke keedhe maare  :- Modern research ke mutabik , In beejo ko chaba kar nigalne se pet aur choti aant ke Parasites ka naash ho jata hain. Herbal experts bhi Kaddu ke beejo ko pet ke keede maarne ke liye behad asardaar mante hain.
