Pregnancy ke waqt mahilaon ko kai tarah ki problems ka saamna karna padta hain. Isi problems mein ek hain peeth ka dard. Is problem ka main reason hormone mein badlaav hain. Jyadatar pregnant women ko pregnancy ki shuruvaati daur mein hi yeh problem paida hoti hain.
Peeth dard ek bahut hi badi samsya hoti hain. Ek normal insaan ko agar yeh problem ho jaye toh veh na toh theek se baith sakta hain aur na hi kuch kar pata hain. Massage karna rahta hain sahi :- Agar aapko ya kisi bhi pregnant mahila ko peeth dard ki samsya hain toh iske liye aap usay massage ki salah de. Isse aapko peeth dard mein fayda mil jayega. Lekin is baat ka dhyaan rahe ki acupressure points par halki massage kare.

Pairo ko upar chadha kar kabhi na baithe aur na hi kursi par zyada der ke liye baithe, isse aapki reedh ki haddi akad jayegi, jiski wajah se aapka dard badh sakta hain. Isliye jab bhi kursi mein baithe toh oos samay footrest ka istemal karna sahi hoga. Jisse aapko peeth dard se kafi rahat milegi.
