Gathiya ki bimari (Gout/Arthritis) bahut hi dard dene wali bimari hain, Yeh ek baar jise ho jata hain, asaani se uska peecha nahi chhodti hain. • Doodh :- Doodh mein bhari matra mein Purine paya jata hain jo uric acid ko badhawa deta hain.
• Tamatar :- Tamatar ke beejo mein bahut saara uric acid hota hain, Jo haddiyo mein jam kar gathiya paida karta hain.
