T.V. dekhte huye in baato ka rakhe dhyaan.
T.V. dekhne ke jaha fayde hote hain, vahi iske nuksaan bhi hain. Saath hi Television ka screen jitna bada hoga, veh aankho ke liye utna hi behtar hoga. Isse aankho ko choti screen par focus nahi karna padta hain aur aankho par zor kam padta hain.

• Aankho ko aaram pahuchaye :- T.V. dekhne ke baad agar aapki aankhein bahut thak jati hain toh unhe aaram pahuchane ke liye aap kuch upay kar sakte hain jaise aankho ko aaram se massage kare, Hatheliyo ko aapas mein ragad kar garm kare aur phir unhe aankho ke upar rakhe, ya aankho ki normal exercise kare. Har din 8 hours ki neend jaroor le taki aankho ko aaram mil sake.
• Light rakhe ON :- T.V. dekhna har kisi ko accha lagta hain, Chahe bade ho ya bacche. Kai baar hum Bed par baithe-baithe, sote-sote bhi T.V. dekhte hain, jo ki aankho par bura asar daalta hain. Jab bhi T.V. dekh rahe ho toh kamre ki light chaaloo rakhe, Isse aapki aankhein nahi thakengi.
• Screen se doori banaye rakhe :- T.V. dekhne ke dauran is baat ka khyaal rakhe ki veh aapki aankho se 8 se 10 feet ki doori par ho. Veh sahi uchaai par ho, Chahe veh aankho ke level ki baat ki jaye toh T.V. ki uchaai aankho ke neeche ya aankho ke upar nahi honi chahiye. Uski screen ko dekhne ke liye aapki aankho ko upar-neeche karne ki jaroorat nahi honi chahiye. Matlab T.V. aankho ko theek saamne barabar level mein hona chahiye.
