Hum mein se zyadatar log kuch lakshan aur sanketo ko normal maan kar kai baar oon par dhyaan nahi dete hain, Lekin jab koi insaan ajeeb harkatein karne lagta hain toh hum usay pagal bolne lagte hain. 1. Mental Stress :- Stress ya tension bhi nervous breakdown ki wajah banti hain. Stress free rahne ke liye jaroori hain ki aap samay-samay par apne friends aur apne pasandeeda logo ke saath waqt bitaye. Mental stress jitna kam hoga, nervous break down ka khatra bhi utna kam hoga. Music soone, dance kare aur khush ho kar kaam kare, dheere-dheere stress kam hone lagega.



2. Depression :- Depression ek aisi problem hain jo dheere-dheere kab ghar jati hain. Insaan samajh hi nahi pata hain. Kai baar kisi insaan ke kareebi log bhi yeh samajh nahi paate hain ki veh depression mein hain. Depression mein rahne wala vyakti hamesha dheemi awaaz mein baat karta hain. Veh bahut bura feel karta hain. Aise log Society aur friends se bhi door hone lagte hain.

Suicide ka khyaal aana :- Kisi bhi insaan ko agar Suicide ka khyaal aata hain toh kanhi na kanhi uske peeche uske mann mein gahri nirasha chhupi hoti hain, Lekin nirasha mein suicide ka khyaal aana aur baar-baar suicide ka khyaal aane mein antar hain. 5. Bhaavnatmak sanket :- Kai baar insaan bahut jyada bhaavuk hota hain, Lekin choti-choti baato par bhaavook hona bhi accha nahi hain.


6. Baar-baar mood badalna :- Baar-baar mood badalna accha nahi mana jata hain. Kabhi-kabhi bahut zyada depressive rahna, kabhi bahut zyada khush rahna aur kabhi ekdum se gussa aa jana yeh sabhi nervous breakdown ki taraf ishaara karte hain. Aapka mood baar-baar badalta hain toh sambhal jayiye aur kisi psychologist se consult kijiye.


7. Sex life :- Sex life bhi agar theek na ho toh yeh bhi mental disorder ki ek ahem wajah ban sakti hain. Kai baar sex problems ki wajah se bhi tension badh jati hain. Aise mein insaan din mein theek se so nahi paata hain aur nahi raat ko aur usay kai tarah ki problems staane lagti hain.


8. Sharirik sanket :- Nervous breakdown hone par normally sharirik sanket bahut kam milte hain, Lekin phir bhi kuch sharirik lakshan dekhe ja sakte hain jo ki is tarah hain, Aniyamit dil ki dhadakna, Tension, haatho ka hamesha chip-chipa rahna, muscles mein tanaav, kabz rahna, chakkar aana aadi iske main lakshan hain.


9. Nashe ki latt ki wajah :- Kai baar drugs ya Drinks ya dusre tarah ki nashe ki aadat bhi nervous breakdown ki wajah ban sakti hain. Kai baar bahut zyada gussa ya niraasha mein jab koi insaan lagatar nasha karne ka aadi ho jata hain toh veh maansik roop se aswasthya ho jata hain.

Ghar par mann na lage toh shopping ya outgoing ke liye plan banaye aur apna mood theek karne ki aadat dale. Jaroorat se jyada Senti ya har baat par dukhi hone wale insaan ko kabhi bhi puri tarah se mentally fit nahi mana ja sakta hain. Khush hone wali baato par khush na hona balki dukhi hona kamjor manovriti ke lakshan hain.
