Haldi ki gaanth ya tukade le :- Haldi ke 1 inch ke tukde ya gaanth ko le, kyonki Haldi powder haldi ke tukado ki tarah utna zyada asarkari nahi hota hain. Kyonki haldi powder ko banate samay jab ise peesa jata hain to garmi ki wajah se Haldi ki garmi paida karne ki power mein kami aa jati hain. Isliye Haldi wala doodh banane ke liye gaanth ya haldi ke tukde lene chahiye. Phir aap usay crush kare.
White Pepper daale :- Phir thodi si mirch ke daane crush kare. Kali mirch ki jagah aap safed mirch ka istemal kare. Kyonki safed mirch se aankho ki roshini badhti hain. Ab aap aadha glass doodh lekar, usme 1 cup paani aur usme aadhi chammach crush ki gyi haldi aur mirch ko milakar acchi tarah se ubaale.
Kam se kam 20 Minutes tak boil kare :- Is mixture ko 20 minutes tak boil kare. Is samay tak doodh ab ek cup jitna ho jayega. Isliye isme paani milane ki salah di jati hain, Kyonki paani na milaane ki wajah se 20 minutes mein Haldi wala doodh kheer ki tarah ho jayega. Aur ise peena sahi nahi rahega.
Jaroorat ke anusaar Chine ya Shahad daale ;- 20 Minutes ubaalne ke baad, gas ko band karke, is mixture ko utaar kar chaan le. Phir usme chini ya shahad milaye. Phir pijiye garma-garm haldi wala doodh.
Khansi ki problem ho to aap deshi ghee bhi mix kar sakte hain :- Agar aap gale ki kharash se rahat paana chahte hain toh haldi wala garma garm doodh peene se pahle aadha chammach deshi ghee bhi mila sakte hain. Ghee acchi tarah se peeghal kar aapki gale ko rahat dega aur khansi se bhi aaram milega.
