Motapa hone ki wajah kya hain?

Motape ki wajah yeh hote hain? Reason of Fat in Hindi/Urdu.
Aaj kal ki bhaag-daur se bhari zindagi mein kai serious health problems hone lage hain. Aisa hi ek gambhir samsya hain motapa. Motape ki wajah se kai saari bimariya ho jati hain. Kya aapko maloom hain ki motape ki wajah se Cancer, Diabetes aur High Blood pressure jaise khatarnaak bimariya ho sakti hain.

Lekin kya aap yeh janna chahte hain ki aakhir motapa kin wajaho se paida hota hain? Motape ko badhaane wale kya karan hain?

Aaj ke time mein bacche bhi motape  ke shikar ho rahe hain. Motape ki wajah se baccho mein kai kism ki bimariya ho rahi hain.

Motape hone ki wajah yeh hain :- 


• Exercise na karna ;- Log apne kaam aur lifestyle  se itne busy ho chuke hain ki unko exercise karne ka time nahi milta hain. Ek wajah yeh bhi hain ki log kasrat ko halke mein lete hain. Kasrat na karne ki wajah se logo mein motapa badhta hain.

• Tension mein hona :- Kai baar log jaroorat se zyada tension le lete hain. Kya aapko maloom hain ki tension aur depression jaisi cheeze motape ko paida karti hain.

• Family history :- Kai baar baccho mein motapa hone ki wajah unke jeans mein chhupi hoti hain. Matlab ki agar ghar mein ka koi member ya parents mein se koi motape se peedit hain to bacche ko bhi motapa ho sakta hain.

• Ek hi jagah baithe rahna :- Kai aise log hote hain jinka kaam sirf ek hi jagah baithe rah kar karna padta hain. Jiski badolat logo ka ghoomna-phirna nahi ho pata hain, Bhookh bhi zyada lagti hain. Aisi situation Fat ko badhati hain, Yeh bhi motapa badhne ka main reason ho sakta hain.

• Physically activity ka na hona :- Aaj kal log physical roop se active nahi rahte hain. Aaj kal bacche bahar khelne-koodne ki bajaye Computer, Smartphone, Television aur video game khelna jyada like karte hain. Jis wajah se baccho mein bhi motapa badhta chala ja raha hain. Sirf bacche hi nahi office mein kaam karne wale youth bhi aaj kal low physical activity ka lifestyle apna rahe hain, Jisse motape ki problem tezi ke sath badh rahi hain.

• Dieting ki wajah se bhi :- Kuch log fit rahne ke liye dieting jaisi aadato ko apna rahe hain, Lekin sahi tarah se dieting na kar paane ki wajah se oon logo ka motapa kam hone ki bajaye aur bhi zyada badh jata hain.

• Medicines ki wajah se :- Kisi bimari ki wajah se agar aap lambe waqt tak koi dawaai khate hain to yeh bhi motapa hone ki wajah ban sakta hain. Darasal medicine ke side-effects ke taur  par motapa bhi ek side-effect hain.

• Fast food khana :- Aaj kal log paustik ahaar ki bajaye junk food khana zyada pasand karte hain. Junk food motape ko paida karta hain. Fast food khane ki wajah se na sirf motapa badhta hain, balki isse aapko aur bhi kai saari bimariya ho sakti hain.

• Jaroorat se zyada khana :- Kuch log aise hote hain jinhe har samay khane ki aadat hoti hain. Chahe unhone khana thodi der pahle kyon na khaya ho, aisi mein har waqt khane ki aadat motape ki wajah banti hain.

Motapa hone ke kai aur bhi reason hain jaise zyada der tak sona, khane ke baad na tahalna, letkar khana, bhojan karte waqt paani peena aadi.
