Garmi ke dino mein Khane ko kharab hone se aise bachaye.
Garmi ke dino mein khana bahut jaldi kharab hota hain. Jis wajah se khane ko banane wali lagi mehnat aur khane ko banane ke liye istemal kiye gye paise dono hi barbaad ho jate hain. Jis wajah se aapko preshani ka saamna karna padta hain. Lekin aapko yeh baat samajhni chahiye ki aakhir aap garmi ke dino mein khane ko kharab hone se kaise bacha sakti hain? Jisse yeh healthy hone ke saath-saath jaldi kharab bhi na ho, to hum aapko kuch aise tips batane ja rahe hain, Jisse aap asaani se khane ko kharaab hone se bacha sakti hain. Isse bachne ka tarika yeh hain doodh ko ubaal kar thanda karke turant fridge mein rakh de. Agar fridge band pada hain to ek bade katore mein paani bhar kar uske upar doodh ka katora rakhe. Isse doodh kharaab nahi hoga aur jaldi phatega bhi nahi. Isi tarah agar subah ke waqt aapne daal banaya hain to dopahar ko khane se pahle usay garm karna na bhoole. Bazaar se sabzi jab bhi khareed kar laaye to unhe dho kar poch le aur phir paper bag mein rakhe.
• Khana thanda karke rakhe :- Mana jata hain ki Agar temperature jyada hain to khane mein germs jaldi paida ho jate hain. Isliye room temperature mein jyada se jyada 1 ghante tak hi khana rakhe. Ya phir ise thanda karke 4°C par fridge mein rakhna behtar hoga. Saath hi is baat ka hamesha dhyaan rakhna chahiye ki kabhi bhi garma garm khana fridge mein nahi rakhna chahiye. Hamesha khane ko thanda karke hi freeze mein rakhe, kyonki garm khana refrigerator mein rakhne se yeh kharab ho jata hain.
• Jyada dino tak na rakhe :- Garmi ke mausam mein khana bahut hi jaldi kharaab hota hain. Isliye kabhi bhi 2 din se jyada khana fridge mein nahi rakhna chahiye. Agar aapko ise zyada din tak rakhna hain to thanda karke rakhe.
• Fridge ka kabada na bana de :- Kabhi bhi fridge mein jyada samaan nahi rakhna chahiye, Kyonki isse uski cooling par asar padta hain. Agar uski cooling theek tarah se kaam nahi karegi to usme rakhe food par effects padega. Saath hi fridge ki cooling ko proper work karne ke liye air ka circulation accha hona jaroori hain. Isliye jyada khana fridge mein store nahi karna chahiye. Vaise bhi khane ki sabhi cheezo ko fridge mein nahi rakhna chahiye.
• Safaai ka rakhe dhyaan :- Is mausam mein food poisoning ki problem sabse jyada dekhi jati hain. Jiski wajah sirf aap apne haath ko hi naa dhoye, balki meat aur polarity ke food items ko bhi haath acche se saaf karke lagaye. Bartan aur Knife ko acche se saaf karne ke baad istemal kare kyonki isse khane wali cheezo mein germs paida hone ka khatra sabse jyada rahta hain.
